This is my go to place for a great gel mani/pedi. The place is very clean and all the staff are sweet and welcoming. My nails usually last a month+ after getting them done here. I highly recommend!

I received a text message that the changed manager; it’s backed to the previous management, I am so glad. Today, I had a regular manicure with a new manicurist and that was very good.

This is my previous review with one star:
“They are losing their professional staff easily. I have been their customer since 4 years ago. At first I was happy with Hana for the regular Manicure but she’s not working in this filed anymore, then William that he left , and Mia that she left there too. Last Wed I got regular manicure by Moon. and pedicure by Karen, the pedicure was terrific but manicure looks I didn’t get the service, She(Moon) was nice but unprofessional, unorganized, and not clean. I called and told them, an in charge Lady told me she would fix it for me, but she just remove my nail polish and my nails and polish them again; in total 6 min and said she couldn’t give me a full service!
Also, a guy is there to clean the saloon, once I saw he’s sitting in the saloon and picking his nose in front of customers.
I don’t recommend there to my friends anymore.
The management is too unprofessional and has horrible customer service.”

I was booked with ivy for the first time and loved her work, I did a bio gel fill with cuticle removal and french tip which was $75. ivy is very detailed and focused and took her time on my nails to perfect it. she made my nails look even better than the photo i showed her! I will book my appointment with her next time again.

Just not overly happy. The nails shaping wasn't the best they really filed down my natural nails and didn't really give the look I asked for. The sides of my nails look terrible and will have to grow in now. None of them are even or the same. You can see the fill line also. I attached my inspo and what I got : / the Pedi was awesome but my hands not so much

I’ve been coming to nails to adore for almost 3 years. They are amazing, all the staff is super nice, helpful, and do a great job with any type of nails/designs. The wait is never too long, and my color lasts weeks. It’s always a pleasurable experience and everyone is so talented. I highly highly recommend to anyone in the valley!

Mostly, I really love this place but they need a bit of assistance with communication… Let me detail… I told them over the phone. I needed a gel manicure and pedicure and three tips replaced. Then, when I got to my appointment, the front desk, then asked me again what I needed and I again said a gel manicure and pedicure with three tips replaced. Once I got into my chair, I noticed that the woman doing my nails started to paint the nails with the tips missing with gel before putting new tips on and I said hey, you’re supposed to replace the tips on these three fingers so I had to reiterate my order if that’s the right word, like an order form, for the third time. They then tried to have me use the kind of tips that covers your whole nail, but I specified that the current tips I have on only cover the very top of the nail. That went on for about five minutes. As this was happening, I looked down and noticed that the other woman who was doing my feet was putting regular polish on my feet not gel. Further than that, the regular polish was a completely different Hot Pink than my hands… So that was a bit frustrating. So then I reiterated again that I had asked for a gel pedicure. To top it off, for some reason when I left the nail salon, my pink nails started to turn black in the sun. Not pitch black or anything, but they kind of look burnt, and I looked it up online and it says that if a polish is expired that the destabilized chemicals in it can respond that way because they don’t protect from the UV… So I came back and I showed my nails and everyone agreed that they were starting to look burned but the solution that they came up with was to put another coat of the same pink on my nails. This went on for about 10 minutes where I tried to explain that another coat of polish that is expired is not going to fix the problem but I was assured it would… I was pretty tired at this point even though I love this place so I just said fine and low and behold today after just a few hours in the sun my gel manicure with three coats that was pink is now starting to turn black… So all in all, I really think that they need a better system of the front desk communicating to the professional nail people what the order is and ensuring that they get it right. Further, if there is expired nail polish, they should just use a completely different nail polish instead of just trying to put a third coat on top… I hope this review is actually helpful as I know it’s tough running a business, but this experience was really hectic for me and I spent almost 3 hours there (-,: by the way the gel color is 815 D… Throw it out lol!

I had an amazing experience with Ben, his colleagues Kelly and Moon, at the nail salon! Ben was incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling pampered with beautiful nails. The salon was clean and relaxing, and Ben's friendly personality made the entire experience even better. I highly recommend him if you're looking for top-notch service!
