I left there feeling very upset I had called to make sure that I would not be turned away that I could get my nails done for a an important event that I was having tomorrow the reason I chose this place was because they were open till 8 and I could not get off work any earlier than 7 when I walked in the door they had told me the girl that was going to do my nails had just left this really messed me up now I have to go to my event without my nails done the whole reason I called was to make sure I wasn't turned away and they acted as if they didn't care horrible customer service they still had 45 minutes till 8 and nobody would do my nails mind you I had called ahead of time to make sure I would not be turned away they assured me I wouldn't this is horrible business bad business I relied on these people to do my nails for an event I have tomorrow morning and they let me down horribly I feel that if anybody has an important event to go to do not rely on these people because they could care less about what you have going on myself I own a cleaning business and I would never ever go back on my word that I told the customer like these people had!!! Thanks you guys for ruining my very important event I had to go to in the morning you guys are unreliable and you need to brush up on your customer service skills I don't even think you deserve one star!
