I recently visited a nail salon and I must say, the service was exceptional! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. First, the place has a very strong chemical smell and does not look clean. I waited for 15mins even I had an appointment. I was told powder nail was $45, but then realised that if you choose to do powder nails, removing cuticles and massage would not be including, which I really don’t think it makes any sense. I have never experienced a manicure place don’t remove cuticles. One of the ladies there was very rude and said if I want the cuticles be removed, I would have to pay $7 and it’s because the powder material is more expensive and their boss told them to do less steps if a customer chooses to do powder. I mean if you don’t think the price is right, you should raise your price instead of trying to scam customers without clear items listed. What’s ridiculous is if you pick normal gel nails, removing cuticles and massage are included, but not for powder, which makes total no sense to me. Additionally, the quality was bad. The shape of my nails are not good. The lady made my nails very thick because she kept making mistakes and putting extra layers to cover it. The tips of my nails look chipped and there are many dusts in my nails. This is my worst manicure experience ever!! I will never be back again!!! Rude staffs!

THEY GOT ME AN INFECTION ON MY BIG TOE 🚩🚩

About 2 weeks ago I went to this salon as usual, I requested manicure and pedicure, and the ladies there got me seated to start with the service, I noticed the lady who was doing the pedicure seem rushed and careless, till the point that she made me bleed, she noticed I saw her just trying to wipe off the blood with cotton and she didn’t even apologized at all, just pretended that nothing happened and kept doing the service all rushed, I didn’t say anything and now I think I should have; now after 2 weeks my toes were done my big toe was hurting a lot, I wiped off the nail polish and ohh surprise!!! I have an infection on my big toe!! I don’t know if they were using clean stools or not, but I’m 100% sure I got it there, the lady over there was the one in charge of the pedicure I requested.

NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN, AND FOR SURE I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY, unless you want to get an infection like me

I used to like coming here but after they started using the dipping method for the acrylic I really started to dislike them. I got to admit two ladies who work here did my nails very beautiful back then but this last time I came a guy did them and I didn’t like the dipping method my two pinky nails were like arched really ugly . Seems like they are becoming lazy to use the brushes?

I love this place. I have my nail tech lady and her name is Cindy.
She does my nails and my waxing she is very cool and a nice person.
I won't anyone do my nails and waxing except when my lady tech is not there then I will let someone to do my nails and waxing.
