I came in wanting a mani, and told the lady what I wanted she said ok, just wait, I waited like 10 min and then someone was going to start my nails and I told him I wanted an overlay with my mani and he left, and I could hear him saying to the other lady what I wanted and he said I dont like doing tthat.He came back to me and then said someone else will take care of you, the lady came back and ask me " you want mani or acrylic " I said I want my nails not to chip so I want an overlay, and she looked irritated by my answer, so it made me feel to uncomfortable she said ok go sit at a different spot, that lady did my nails so fast NEVER has someone done my nails that fast, like if she wanted to be done because she was busy. I asked for a French tip, my french tip was so bad, she had missing spots on the edge, she did a bad job, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T GO HERE. And plus the charge was a lot.

I let the manicurist know these were my real nails and I wanted to keep the length, they then went over them with the filing machine six times weakening my nails. You can see the redness through my nail after he sanded them down so much. After I got the gel done, I immediately broke two nails within the day and more throughout the week. Sucks because I liked this place before this occurred

I called ahead of time, to get there and have to wait. The wait wasn’t long but once she started, what I wanted she couldn’t do. So I started trying to come up with stuff she might be able to do, for

And I’m like ughhhhhh already thinking to myself this isn’t going to go well.
Let me tell you, she was in a rush. She slapped the stuff on my nail so fast didn’t take her time or any effort on making

The salon was clean, and the woman who welcomed me was friendly. Tommy gave me a full set, and it was a horrible experience. He was very crass, rude, and aggressive. Answering questions with sarcasm and malice. He slapped my hand away when he needed to work on my other hand. The nails are uneven and weren't painted correctly. It was definitely the worst $50 I've ever spent.
