Hands down the worst set of nails I've ever had done. They are crooked, they are visibly lumpy and so flimsy I can bend them in half. And when saying something to him along thr process that they weren't looking right, he disregarded anything I said. I honestly shouldn't have paid for them but then the lady came and I thought she was going to fix them.. nope I was wrong. Save yourself the 80$ and go somewhere else this guy is a joke.

Best nail shop ever! They got all 3 of us in on LABOR DAY and did a fabulous job! Highly recommend— I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!

Hello All!
When you cone to the nail salon so after 7 days if you come back for nails fix its maybe free but if it was your fault so then maybe charged for fix or repair. And sonetime what you wanted maybe doesnt turn to the way you like because its not work that way but you still wanted that way. Example: ombre doesnt look good with matted finished, and even your nail bed dont look good with the shape coffin but you still want it that way.
And you cone back and told them that all nails gone so they might think what did you do? Cause you took them off by yourself and want a refund or something it may not work that way. You have to bring them girl back to the shop let them look at it if anything wrong they will fix it. Dont blame them anything if it was your fault. And no full set of nails poped up after week if you did it. So if anything wrong come back in few days not after aweek or more. These are ombre nails pics on the bottom with top shiny finished always look perpect!

I am like the other customer I would give them a zero if I could. The guy was rude as all get out. Walked in to get pedicure. Asked could I get a pedicure he preceded to tell me he don’t do no pedicure and no one else is there. Now he is sitting doing someone nails. Wasn’t friendly at all. I was in shock because really was standing waiting for him to say I am joking. I would never go back there or refer them

They were extremely argumentative when I asked a simple question. Also be warned they film your entire visit and will post it on social media. They don’t use pedicure bin liners and don’t see their health rating posted anywhere.

Staff was rude and condescending. I honestly feel like asking one question is caused them to rip my nail bed which is now infected. Will never return.

Very Rude. Would leave 0 stars if possible the door says they are open 11-5pm on Sundays I went on Sunday around 2 the lady was not friendly and stated that they were closed and locked the door as I was sitting in my car looking for other salons I saw her unlock the door once she thought I had left the parking lot. I believe she denied me and my mother service because we are black.

It was an unbelievable experience. My nails look great and the owner and his wife are really nice people. I recommend this salon to all the women in the Prattville area
