Jade never fails to impress me!! Love these marble nails she did for my upcoming baby shower. When I first moved to Upland from LA it was a struggle finding a nail shop to compete. Nails By Trinnie is the only place I go now!

I got Gel-X nails last Wednesday and paid $70 for a basic color. By the following Wednesday, one of my nails popped off while I was simply grabbing my phone—a first for me after years of getting my nails done. I called immediately to get it fixed, but they had no availability that day, so I had to come in the next day. When I went in for the repair, they tried to charge me because it was technically one day over a week since my original appointment.

This experience was incredibly frustrating. I called as soon as the issue happened (exactly one week), so it wasn’t my fault they couldn’t get me in earlier. It’s also not my fault the nail tech did a poor job, causing my nail to pop off so quickly. Cindy (the nail tech who did these poor quality nails) also thought it was funny it already popped off. Their unwillingness to take accountability and provide good customer service means I won’t be returning. The first time I came in I had a great experience with a tech named Mel. She was lovely and had great energy. Everyone else has an attitude. That’s the only nice thing I have to say.

I love coming to this nail salon! The service is always amazing—everyone is so friendly, professional, and welcoming. My nails always turn out so beautiful with Cilla and they last so long. They have a great selection of colors and designs. I highly recommend this place.
