Made an appointment to have my nails done, requested dip polish and nail art. Danny did my nails and I feel lucky to have gotten him for this visit. He listened to everything I wanted for my Christmas themed nails and went above and beyond to make it happen. He's extremely PATIENT AND TALENTED and never rushed or made me feel like I was asking for too much. He asked me several times as the process went along if I liked them or wanted to change anything. I have been going here since March 2023 and getting acrylics. Today, for the first time, I had a horrible experience. The nail tech cracked my nail as he removed my acrylics. He did not sand them down first and ignored me as I cursed and told him it hurt a lot. The nail tech ignored me and kept ripping my nails off. He said it’s always that painful. I kept trying to tell him that no, it is not always painful to get your nails professionally removed and replaced. Like maybe if I rip them off myself. I ended up leaving part way through the service.

I’ve had a lot of acrylics removed, dissolved off, sanded off, etc, and have never felt actual pain. Discomfort, sure. I have never had a nail tech just straight tell me it’s just gonna hurt and not try something else. I left with one of my nails bleeding in the middle.

Two stars instead of one because the front desk did try to make it right. I was crying a little and just wanted to leave. I love this place but doubt I will return.

The white pieces in the pictures are parts of my nail that were ripped off. My bleeding nail is cracked about a third of the way in and still hurts immensely over an hour later.

I doubt my nails can handle any painting for awhile after this.

Update next day; it hurts to touch most of my nails or use hot water. Added a few more pictures; some of the nails are split down the middle. It is quite painful.

By far the nicest nail salon in the area. I’ve lived here for over 25 years and tried a lot of different salons and this one is top-notch. They have a great service great people working there. The environment is clean and well designed great for a place to have a party or a girls spa day. The chairs are all new. All the equipment is nice and all of the employees are wonderful. The prices are totally reasonable for the work that’s done and they always make sure to make you feel welcome and respected. I saw a couple of groups of friends and moms and daughters here great place to go with a group they have. They have about 50 chairs and they’re all super nice. I got a pedicure and a manicure and I love the way that they turned out. My go to place I won’t go anywhere else now. I would give it six stars if I could. I don’t know what the negative reviews are talking about. They’re probably competitors who don’t want the salon to do well this is an amazing salon world class. I’ve been to tons all over the world, and this is by far one of the nicest, if not the nicest

Been going there for couple years and been meaning to write a review for a while just always forget. But today I had a really rough morning and going in there within the first encounter my whole day turned around. Best nail spot in town!! The service is the best and so clean, you always see the employees cleaning up and sanitizing everything it’s very reassuring! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nail services. Top of the head I can say Kim, Heidi, Anna, KN and David are really good, but I’ve done last minute appointments with technicians I don’t know and I’ve never been disappointed. 10/10 would recommend!
