I absolutely love going here! Everyone is always super nice and they make sure to take care of every customer they have! I look forward to my nail appointments not just because I enjoy getting my nails done but also because I have found a place that is relaxing and enjoyable to go to! My nail tech Kelsey is awesome and the owner Quieche always has a smile on her face and greets ever customer that walks the the door!!

Trinity did a fabulous job on my nails. Today marks 8 days, and I have one nail starting to lift at the cuticle (which I smashed b/w 2 pavers working in the yard yesterday. Idk if that helped the lifting along. I've had one small chip that I was able to file away. These have been through a weekend at the beach & the usual dishes & hand sanitizer all week. Still look great!

I have been a client at Nailed it for about 5 years and it’s hands down the best nail salon in the Gadsden area. Everyone always goes above and beyond to make sure you receive the service you ask for. I have always had problems with gel polish staying on until I started coming to Nailed it. Everyone is also always very friendly and it is always a clean atmosphere.

Update I just left the Dr and my ankles are INFECTED! The Dr said if there isn’t improvement in the next 72 hrs that I will need IV antibiotics. I got a shot of an antibiotic and I will be having to take two prescription antibiotics by mouth as well. After 5 days of antibiotics I had to go into to the hospital from nausea and vomiting causing me to get dehydrated. I was in the Er for 9 hours getting fluids and meds to stop the vomiting. I have no insurance and a $40 pedicure has now cost me thousands.

Last week I went and had a pedicure done at Nailed it on Broad Street in Gadsden. The girl applied some cream that helps remove dead skin. Despite me telling her it was burning she left it in and on my ankles for the entire pedicure which took well over an hour. I had planned on getting my nails done, but I had been there so long and she refused to let me run out to the car and get a snack, ( my blood sugar was dropping) because she had another client scheduled to come in. Well I just paid for my service and left and I will never ever go back there again. I suggest no one else does either! This is one week out from the chemical burn on both of my ankles. Very painful and I am having to be very cautious that it doesn’t get infected with my diabetes.

Please share to warn others I contacted the salon to just get the information on the product they used and instead of being professional and apologizing she accused me of lying and said this did not happen at their shop.

Had a pedicure @ Nailed it! today. I was a walk-in. Keisha was very welcoming and courteous. The staff and atmosphere is great! The service was just as impressive! This is the best pedicure I've had in 4 years. Thank you! You have a repeat customer.
