Technicians seemed nice. Good massage. Zero waste time. Service was rushed. I had to ask twice to remove the old polish- they never removed it all! They added acetone to the polish so it was dull and chipped the next day. The shop is a little ran down and dingy.

I really needed to do my nails because out grown gel nails aren't cute. I heard good reviews about this company and was excited I didn't need an appointment! They don't have a nail drying station but honestly with Netflix running I did not mind waiting. (Should have waited longer, I messed up my nail but no biggie). Definitely coming back 👐🏽

I just got my acrylic nails done here. Pros...I love my nails! Also, they have Netflix so I caught 2 episodes of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee haha. Cons...she cut me 3 times. I didn't catch her name. She was very nice and super sweet. She even gave my daughter some gummy candies, but she was a bit rough. 🙁

Walked in for a last minute gel mani since I had some time to kill. The person who did my nails took her time and gave me a perfect gel mani. Didn’t cut me with the file or cuticle nipper. Will definitely come back.

Copycats, had a booking at the real one as I used them in London and Dubai. My taxi took me to this place opposed to 235 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, where the REAL Nail’d it salon is - the most shocking bit was they were all too happy to steal me as a customer even I specifically stated that this is NOT the salon I intended to visit. Surely the owner company of the brand should sue this people for using the brand, even pictures and the name!!!

My nails came out great. Everyone friendly. Quick too but not to quick were you feel like they don't care and trying to get to the next person. (Picture is a week old nails)

This place is very pricey for the quality of service. The lady that did my nails filed them paper thin that they are now so brittle. Additionally, if you’re on a tight schedule, this is not the place for you. They do take longer than other salon.
