I got my nails done here not too long ago and my nail techs were meticulously attentive to detail, extremely nice to me, and even did the airbrush design I requested (aura nails) perfectly. I’ve never had my nails done better in my life. 11/10. The pedicure was amazing too! Best salon in west LA.

I am writing to express my recent experience at the Woodland Hills branch, specifically with the newly hired receptionist. Over the past six months, my family and I have been regular customers, but our latest experience was both disappointing and upsetting due to the unprofessional behavior we encountered.
I initially chose this salon because of the outstanding service I experienced at your London and Pasadena locations. Although I drive from Sherman Oaks specifically to visit this branch, I now regret that decision and can no longer recommend it to others. I am prepared to share my experience publicly, as I feel this unprofessional behavior reflects poorly on this brand.
During my recent visit, a service error resulted in damaged nails. While we were initially offered a follow-up appointment to address the issue, the receptionist canceled it without explanation. When I requested multiple times to speak with management, she claimed, “I am the manager,” which I know to be untrue. Her condescending attitude continued, and she told me, “I’m going to block you; don’t come here again. We are not responsible for the damaged nails.”
She even attempted to bother me over the phone, repeatedly hanging up when I called. I have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism anywhere in the United States. This behavior was shockingly disrespectful, and it appears to stem from her relationship with her aunt, who also works at the branch. Given that she is aware of my nationality, I can sense this may have influenced her actions as well.

I’d like to add that the customer is in her final week of pregnancy and came to your branch in a very challenging situation.

Great place to get mani pedi. I got a regular one and it was amazing. They are very detailed and meticulous. I would definitely recommend! Also great and very friendly staff. Coming from Nyc they made me feel super comfy and pampered.

One Star (but really zero stars) – Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior I had an appointment scheduled, but the staff was not ready or prepared when I arrived. After waiting for 25 minutes without any communication or explanation, I decided to leave and let them know why I was leaving. To my surprise, despite their unpreparedness and lack of service, they charged my credit card for an appointment that never happened. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against doing business here—there are plenty of other places that respect your time and value their customers. I won’t be returning.

I had a great experience for my first time visiting Nail’d It in Woodland Hills. I scheduled an appointment the night before and was able to get my nails and toes done in under an hour. I will definitely be back!

This location is absolutely phenomenal! They take such great care with their customers - the attention & focus on detail. I appreciate the workers as well - all of which are patient & amazing! You can tell they want to make sure you’re all set & good to go. I highly recommend you visit and set an appointment.

Extremely poor service. The front desk manager was incredibly rude and had no idea how to treat customers. They took 2.5 hours for a manicure and pedicure, despite initially telling me it would take a maximum of 1.5 hours. They applied the wrong nail color, which I hadn’t selected, and then blamed me for not pointing it out while they were doing it.

When I asked them to waive the manicure charges due to their mistake, the manager rudely said that wasn’t an option. I requested to have the issue fixed, but she became upset with me. When I asked for her name, she only gave “Yass” and refused to provide her full name. I then asked to speak to her manager, but she claimed she wasn’t authorized to share that information and said they would call me back.

After much back and forth, she finally asked the technician to redo the color. At the end of the service, they didn’t even provide a towel to clean my hands and refused when I asked for one.

This location, near Neiman Marcus at Topanga Mall, showed complete unprofessionalism. I had also added callus removal to my booking, but the technician informed me it wasn’t listed. When I inquired with the manager, she admitted she had canceled the service without notifying me.

Such unprofessional behavior and a complete waste of money. I would give 0 stars for the poor service and rude attitude of the front desk manager. I would like to speak to someone Senior whom I could explain the situation or email address but they didn’t provide this info
