I just got my nails done. My toes look amazing and my nails are gorgeous. The woman doing mine was so nice. That being said. She ATE MY CUTICLES UP with her drill. She didn’t acknowledge it all. And when they bled she just wiped them off. This is unacceptable and can easily get infected. I am so disappointed

First time going. I was a bit nervous but they were really nice and accommodating. I really just wanted to get my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure but when I saw that you had to go upstairs for the waxing, I changed my mind and got a gel manicure instead. However, my manicurist said that she would go upstairs and bring it down. My eyebrows really needed it. Everything was wonderful. It is a little tight in the shopping center for parking and inside the spa BUT it is worth it. Thank you!!!

The check-in system is easy and convenient. Smoothing and shaping is unmatched, and they've never nipped too far with the cuticles, like other places. They didn't have the exact shade of green or size flake of glitter I wanted, but it was pretty close! Love my St. Patrick's Day nails ?

Visiting from out of town but I’d come here regularly if I lived here. I got a dip manicure and gel pedicure. The technicians were amazing and super friendly.

UPDATE: The owner's response is untruthful. My last and only visit to NW2 was in early July of 2024 in preparation for a vacation. Every word of my review is accurate, and I will add that more than a month later my fingernails are still damaged from the poor prep for gel. I will not remove this review; in fact, I seldom post reviews but did so this time to warn other customers. I'm sorry that the owner is unwilling to take accountability or even apologize but instead chooses to call me a liar. Shame on you.

The manicurist (not intern) 1) nicked my cuticle and blamed me; 2) required my assistance to shape, smooth and edge nails; 3) used polish & acetone well that were visibly NASTY; 4) made awkward, uneven shapes, failing to check angles.

My gel French lasted less than two weeks, while I usually get 24-30 days without peeling. There was no special adhesive basecoat, and the tech left them under the light for a minute or less for each coat including the last.

The pedicure was shameful. The tech cut toenails but never used a file. So without any shape or file, the trim left sharp, painful corners that soon lost their polish. I had to compel Mr. "Manicurist" to smooth the nails before painting, and he and another tech both implied I was stupid to request that. The massage was a joke--he wasn't even paying attention and just rubbed a few spots over and over. Afterwards he hadn't noticed where actual callouses existed needed attention.

Overall: unpleasant experience of substandard services, accompanied by ignorance & gaslighting and followed by peeling nails.
