I’m so upset. I paid $80 last Wednesday around 5pm. It’s the very next Wednesday (7 days) around 11 am and I’ve already had one nail pop off bc it got stuck on my lanyard.

They’re dirty and just look absolutely horrible. I’m disappointed and feel like I wasted sooooo much money. $65 for a full set (+tip) and it didn’t last a full week.

Update: it’s been about 6 hours since I posted my review and another nail just broke. I think the problem is that there was almost no nail prep. They told me a manicure was an extra $15, and I said I was fine because I still expected them to at least cut my cuticles, clip my nails, and prep them to last but they only clipped 3 nails and lightly buffed the top of them. I work in a bank so I’m not super rough on my nails. I have had press ons last longer.

Extremely Disappointed. Usually I’m okay with the high prices but to pay $55 for a fill in that looks this horrible is unacceptable. As a salon the management should be in charge of assuring themselves all employees are capable of doing their job.

I didn’t notice until I got in my car and at that point no sense in going back in and wasting another 1-2hrs.

Katie did a beautiful job on my nails. It is probably the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever gotten. She took her time to be sure to not pinch or nick my cuticles. It was expensive, but I feel like I got my money’s worth.

The pedicure was one of the best I've ever had. However, I was charged more than was shown on the price sheet. That is never a good business practice.

Took our granddaughter for a fun pedicure. Technicians spoke no English. Prices have gone up since I was here last, and they charged full adult price for our 11 year old, which would have been fine for a professional job. But this wasn't professional.
3 hours later, my nails still weren't "dry". Very disappointing.

Update: the photo is AFTER the technician re- painted her "free design" twice. (Once because she made an error in her artwork, and again because my granddaughter bumped the underside of the dryer when she sat down.) These designs did not resemble the samples they showed her to pick from.

The technicians were very sweet so we tipped well, and the management has offered to redo, but for $88 + tip we should have gotten PROFESSIONAL services and not have to return. No thank you.
Also, if you want the child price, you must ask for the child chair. I was told the child rate is for 7 and under, which is not stated on the "menu".

My mom and I came in for the first time at Nail Tip & Spa to get manicures and pedicures. However, when we went to pay we we notified that (for some reason) the salon does not take credit cards on Sundays. A tiny sign on the counter noted this, but how would you ever know if you weren't looking for it, and we were never told, and who carries >$200 at any time? They told us we could go next door to Publix to take cash from the ATM, which was fine, until we went to go out the door to get the cash and were told we needed to "leave something" because they didn't trust that we were going to come back. As I had no purse with me, they asked if I would leave my mom there for collateral. Not a great way to run a business. We will not be returning. I only gave 2 stars and not 1 because the technicians themselves did a good job.
