Joey has been consistent with the last 3 sets I have gotten. He is very knowledgeable, creative, welcoming and polite. If I have any issues with my nails or if something happens within the first week I am simply able to come back and he will make adjustments/fixes, if needed.

First time here and I will definitely be back. Khan is a sweetheart and her foot massage was everything. My feet feel soft and look pretty. Thanks again! They also have amazing pedicure options!!

Worst pedicure in town. They just want to get as many people in as they possibly can and get them out as quickly as possible. This was t just once or twice, but multiple times over the last few years. 15 minutes on average for a full pedicure. I always pay for the deluxe for added massage and services.
I will say it’s a beautiful space and looks nice though. Just horrible service, they want quick money with little regard for the people who pay their bills.

This is the best place in Alaska to get your nails done!!! The staff is incredibly friendly and sweet:) I highly recommend getting your nails done by Joey!! My pedicure came out perfect!! By far the best experience I’ve ever had.

First time at this salon. (New to the area) Called Saturday morning at 9 and they had an opening at 10. David did my pedi, he spent extra time on my toe nails and the calf massage was incredible! I will be back for sure!

Me and my 5 yo daughter went to get our nails done. she got a full pani & medi. I got a full acrylic set and pani plus gel polish. Between me and her both total was $286. Which is definitely on the pricer side. Im not sure if nail art is $5 per nail but customer service was good.

I got my toenails done here two years ago. It was my last time ever getting a pedi because my toenail quite literally fell off after 3 days of getting them done. I have no health conditions, no diabetes, I did not injure my foot, nothing that could’ve caused this other than the pedicure that I can think of. So why am I writing this today? Because I have protected my toes by just wearing them natural or just light, basic paint at home because I wanted it to grow back. Unfortunately, the new growth fell off again two years after a pedicure. Part of me never planned to do a review because I always try to give benefit of the doubt and be a nice person. Also, she was very sweet and my nails did look nice initially. However, it is concerning to me that this might have been caused by different reasons that I would want them to be aware of. I would just ask that the business uses properly sterilized or new equipment (they most likely do, I think) and verifying their technique is correct.
I feel like my foot is absolutely hideous and I’m extremely embarrassed after all multiple years of trying to regrow and gently heal this issue.
I did put two stars because, as aforementioned, the lady was sweet and my nails did look nice at first.
