Muy caro, y siempre que voy ahí me dejan las uñas mal cortadas y se me comienzan a enterrar. Aunque la instalación está bonita y limpia, no es el servicio que esperaría por el costo elevado.

Fue horrible me corto un dedo con la pinza, pedi mostrando un ejemplo de foto de uñas blancas con acrilico en los pies y no me lo quisieron hacer y me hicieron lo que ellos quisieron mi pedido era de 39 dlls con masaje y raspado de talones y no le isieron nada solo pintaron mis uñas de blanco y me robaron dinero pues ala hora de cobrarse con mi targeta me cobro 45 dlls y estaban enojados porque desian que para la otra les pida las cosas desde un inicio si yo les dije y mostre foto desde un inicio memdio mucho coraje que me desian de cosas las señoras que trabajaban ahi y todabia me cobraron de mas y como ya ivan a cerrar pues ni como desirles nada, muy mal trabajo y aparte rateras solo espero que no se me infecte ña cortada que me hicieron en mi dedo

I got there at 9:49am I asked for a fill and gel manicure. She took me in said I was next.
At 10:30am I was seated for a pedicure
At 11:28am the lady at reception came up and said sorry we don’t have anyone to do your nails right now, we are short staffed today.
I told her this is information she needs to disclose from the beginning because I would have never got only half my services done to end up leaving with miss matched nails and toes!
Not to mention I had to drive across town to wait at yet another salon!!!!

As I sit waiting at the new salon I look down and not only did the lady cut my toe (no wonder it was burning) but this is such a messy pedicure!
I will be contacting a manger because this has been a waste of my Saturday morning!
And poor management for such a promising salon. Just be honest. If you don’t have enough staff for my service let me know and I will make a choice to go elsewhere or otherwise.
When I said this to the receptionist she took no accountability. When I walked in this morning a lady was leaving upset that she had waiting 45 min with an appointment. That should have been my sign to leave right then.

I chose not to listen to the reviews, like an idiot. I just wanted my acrylics taken off 🙁 they ripped off two before putting my whole hand in acetone then had the nerve to say my hands were dry… no kidding. Waited 30 mins for the “acrylic specialist who is the only one who knows how to take off nails properly” only to have ripped nails and be criticized for what she put my hands through.

A very bad place! I paid $60 to get a full set and chrome, but the service is not worth my money. I wanted colored white nails with pearly chrome on top but they didn't have one that time. Then he insisted on a similar color, but it was way off, almost like dark silver metal. So I asked him to redo it and just put on white, but then he was so irritated. Also, he doesn't know how to be gentle when polishing my nails, because I got cuts all over my fingers. The nail polish was messy to the edge of my fingers and even on my hands. He didnt even care to remove it. When I came home that night, the polish started peeling off and the bubbles popped. And they get unpleasant if you tell them your concerns.

If I could give this place 1 in a half stars I would. I am 35 weeks pregnant so I need help getting my toe nails cut. They did a fantastic job on cutting my toe nails and painting them, however my finger nails look like a 4 year old painted them I'm writing this after 4 hours from being there and I some how ruined my left pinky nail on my hand.
