Older lady was nice and efficient but she was very rough with the cuticle part. She made me bleed by cutting the flesh off my fingers - not my cuticle, not by pulling a cuticle off. Straight up cutting the flesh off. She was chill about it and wanted to continue the process but I chose to leave.

The guy was apologetic and applied something to stop the bleeding.

I was still charged $15 for removal of my old set and shaping my nails. As you can see, my nails are raw and rough (prepped to take on gel). The initial agreed price was $40.

Walked in yesterday with little time, I didn’t catch the guys name who hooked me up but he said he’d do a full set in 25 mins. He nailed it and can’t wait to get back for pedi same color.

Buyer beware!!! My daughter and I stopped in last week. We chose the $60 pedicure. The older woman said she would hand paint a flower on one of our toenails.

During her massage of my feet, she asked if I wanted a longer massage. I asked how much and she said $15. I said ok, and it was 5 minutes. Next she came at my hands with a bowl of water, and I said no, no manicure. She said I will just trim your cuticles and make your nails shiny. That, she did.

No stones or hot towels during the pedicure, just bare bones. After painting my toenails, I was presented with the bill for the two of us and it was $222. I did agree to the extra $15, but I was sure swindled on the rest. I guess I can’t complain to the credit card company because I didn’t complain at the time, so I’ll just let it go. I just urge you to ask about charges when this sweet woman (she was very nice), starts doing extra services to you.

I had a horrible time at the nail studio. The nail tech was rushing me and my friend the whole time and didn’t even do what I asked for. The only reason this place has 5 star reviews is because he forces you to write one when you leave for a “15%” discount. The discount is exactly what it says they charge on the website.

Le prix est attrayant mais la prestation laisse à désirer et surtout la personne âgée m’a demandé à plusieurs reprises quel était le tips que j’allais donné alors qu’elle n’avait même pas fini sa prestation. Elle vous met une pression pendant toute sa prestation ce qui rend très désagréable l’expérience….
