Expensive for gel nails, I had to pay extra for my feet to scrubbed which I’ve never heard of. The young guy took so long to do my hands and they aren’t perfect, too think and I can see bubbles. I will still be hunting for the perfect nails in Malibu

Came in with my girlfriend to treat ourselves and the service was great. We were seen promptly (scheduled an appointment thankfully) and the friendly nail technicians did a great job. The shop was clean and our nails came out better than we could have expected. Will definitely be back.

Stopped here to get a broken nail fixed, and they did a great job. So, I made an appointment to get my nails filled and a pedicure . Well, my appointment was 40 minutes ago, and I’m still waiting. I walked out. Super disrespectful for my time . One and done for me ! Do better!

Me and my friends called in for an appointment and when we got there for that time we were made to wait for up to 40 minutes to actually start the nails. My nails turned out fine but still a few lumps here and there. The problem was my friends nails, she asked for french tips and once they were done all of her real nail was visible from above. She asked for it to be fixed and they gave her a bad attitude and rushed it. It honestly still looked terrible. After a bit we decided that we needed a refund and that paying $90 for it was ridiculous. When we went back for a refund we were met with horrific attitude and the lady slammed our money on the counter. I absolutely do not recommend.

Services we’re rushed unfriendly unprofessional staff they gave me a color that I didn’t ask for and I wanted pink chrome but they put purple chrome and insisted it was pink chrome. My nails were thick and lumpy. The advertisement didn’t include regular components. I was charged extra fees that should be included. They excepted many clients when they were already full and had appointments at the last minute. Im very happy I will not be returning nor recommending this nail salon!

Best nail salon in Malibu! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The newer space is a bit small compared to their last location, but it has a cozier feel. The nail tech that serviced me was Kelly. She was attentive and very nice. Im picky but she accommodated my every whim!

Unbelievably bad mani pedi. My pedicure didn’t even remove all the polish from my last mani pedi and then was annoyed when I asked him to. Have honestly never experienced worse service. Will not be returning. Don’t waste your money.

The worst! Called them, they say come right now, you go there and they make you wait and deny the ever told you to come. Truly the rudest people.
