I’m thrilled to share my experience at Nail Retreat. It’s my first time here, and I’m absolutely blown away by Whitney’s skills. I’m a bit of a nail perfectionist, and I always want my nails to look thin and natural. But Whitney went above and beyond to achieve that perfect look. I highly recommend you visit this place and ask for Whitney. She’s an absolute pro! The salon is also spotless, which adds to the overall experience.

Worst nail job and experience! I came in to get a fill and pedicure. The pedicure was great but the nail techs did a sloppy job, argued with everything I asked and weren’t able to do the simple design I asked for. I explained what I wanted prior to starting. If they couldn’t or didn’t want to do it they should’ve said that and I would’ve gone somewhere else. I was literally happier with my nails when I walked in and they had over 3 weeks of outgrowth! The lady was rude as hell! If you want amateur work pick this place! The pictures below are after over 3 hours of work! How embarrassing!

Tip: Go during the week (not Friday) when it's less busy, for long lasting beautiful nails and a relaxing experience.

Update: it's always busy because this place is much loved. Weekdays are still the best time to go it seems like. Nancy did my chrome nails, love them!

Had been going here for about two years with no issues. They do a really good pedicure and almost always have availability. Had my nails done last weekend and they started bubbling(lack of better words) and my two thumbs bent off. I came back in and they re-sat me with the same tech who did them last time. He told me he was going to fix the thumbs and just re paint. I told him they were like melting off and he seemed annoyed I wanted them removed. He took them off and said i was done. I went up to the front to say how uncomfortable I was that I just had paid for my nails and that he was annoyed and that he didn’t offer a real solution. The lady who runs the place said some of the techs need to know better or that maybe I had taken a supplement or had oil on my nails. I said I wanted a refund for my nails after she offered be a $30 gift card because she said I wore them for a week. I said again I wanted a refund and didn’t like how things were handled. She said she couldn’t do that. I said I don’t want to come back after they handled this situation this way and she said she would give me $50 refund and said it was best if I don’t come back. Attached pic of how they left my nails. Pretty sad this is how they handled things when they could have made them right.

They were nice people me and my two best friends went last week for full sets the personally the stylist I had was nice but the acrylic job was thick and bumpy very sloppy job done I’ve had the nails on for 3 days and one had fallen off and another fell off about two days later the stylist my friend had told her “no” when she had picked a color because it was too dark very unhappy and I probably will not be going to them again

The staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities are always clean. I look forward to hiking season, which is when I visit regularly. Vicky was my tech today and she was fabulous and the pedicure was awesome!

Seated me at a station after 10 minutes of waiting, I sat at that station for half an hour, and there was no one to help me, I had to go and ask someone to do my nails. Then, I told the lady what I wanted, and she said she could do it, but then the stars that I wanted, ended up looking horrendous and she redid them five times before just telling me to put my hand under the UV light. Finally, she was getting frustrated and filed my nails down aggressively. Do not come here.
