Had high hopes because of the rating but I am very disappointed in my nails. I got dip powder and the next day one chipped. Then another. Then another. My nails are separating from the dip and it hasn’t even been a week. I usually can go 4 weeks on one set but am gonna have to have them redone before 2 due to the chipping. I don’t use my hands much so this is unacceptable.

**update another nail chipped while eating dinner. Now I give 1 star

great service got a mani, pedi and I am absolutely happy with how they both came out Kay did my nails with dip powder. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for great service and great pricing. Ta did my pedicure and let me just say he is amazing!

The staff was overall kind, however the work was rushed. My nails on top had lumps which I shared countless times and it was disregarded; I mean they looked alright from far but if you’re anything like me with nails, you look at the details and the lumps is not ok. I was pretty satisfied with my toes overall but you can tell on all ends they like to cut corners so you could still see my old gel color, had to tell them multiple times before it was corrected; we’ll see how long they’ll last…

John and Tina the nail manicurists are great. They both did a great job on my nails and toes. The woman that runs it is all about the money more than customer service. Customer service is how you get more business. The owner charged me $13 for a color change total rip off. I will definitely think twice before returning to this place.

TA does my nails and he is extremely gifted at making your hands look fabulous. He takes his time to create the nail shape and length to your liking. I am quite picky and feel so fortunate to have found him. Once he does your nails you won't want anyone else to do them!!

The lady was nice and the color is great but I told her not to cut them but she did and gave me really bad ingrown toenails on both sides of this toe.. I have to go have surgery on it now.

First and only time. The salon was dirty and u kept upon walking in and I probably should have left then, but I made an appointment and wanted to uphold it.. The man, John, who began my nails must have been either having a very bad day or was very inexperienced. He kept taking the powder dip off after applying multiple layers and then reapplying it. It looked terrible. Then another woman came over and just took over and when I asked if everything was ok with the powder and if I should select another color (I thought maybe it was expired or something and another dip might be better) I was met with some attitude. It took 3 hours for powder dip. It should never take that long. My nails were so chunky and thick and uneven. 🙁
Additionally, I chose and paid for the callus removal service during my pedicure and my feet were rough and not smooth at all. I get pedicures no more than every two weeks so my feet are not super rough or calloused to begin with. The removal typically always makes my feet very smooth.
I hate to give a business a bad review when I know we're all working hard out here, but the service was terrible, the place was gross, but I still paid full price and tipped. I went to another salon and had them fix the abysmal job this one did, so I ended up paying double.
Please be better.
