The employees are friendly but so rough on your nails. The guy doing my nails cut my fingers by filing too hard, and also cut my cuticles in several places. I saw some unsanitary practices (using the same pummel stone on me as the person before me and just washing it in the water my feet were soaking in). Great people, just too bad the place is overall unsanitary.

Worst service I've ever had there. Paid 110 dollars for this. This is supposed to be a 45$ pedi and 40$ mani. I come here often and apparently they'll herd you like cattle. My husband and I were in there less than 35 mins for 2 pedis and a mani with dip and gel. Didn't get anything. No cuticles cut, no foot buffing. I'm done with this place.

this place is terrible, will never go back to this nail salon again in my life… the lady didn’t even know what she was doing. my nails were suppose to be French tips w black tips instead of white and this is what I got. the lady got acrylic on my actual finger and when I told her it was on my finger she ignore me and it literally burnt the skin off my finger, then she just rips the clump off that’s stuck on my skin. she doesn’t even ask me what shape I wanted or anything and she CUT my REAL nails like who’s cuts ur real nails you’ve been growing out for awhile and on top of that it costed me over $100.

We've used Nail Oasis before and over the years it's been hit or miss. Today we were in Marshall County and my girls wanted their nails done. The owner is so sweet... they weren't super busy... and They did An A+ job. these are the best looking acrylics I've seen in a while.

Not happy at all!! i went there and i asked for simple white acrylic nails, she put the acrylic nail on and glued it on the top of my nail and not under it, then proceeds to do my cuticle and cut me multiple times. They were very rude on top of that. My nails are super uneven
