0 star ⭐️ no happy with my pedicure i pay $65 and 5 for a tip. the girl didn’t do good. foot massage 👎👎 👎👎👎👎👎not even feel. oh well .nail painting horrible . 👎👎👎👎

HORRIBLE!!! Don’t waste your money. My nails are not straight. They did the wrong color when they said it was a matte color and half my nail wasn’t even painted!!!! In addition it’s way overpriced!! Highly DO NOT recommend!! Go to TOP nails!

I cannot say enough good things about Nail Luxury. Since moving to California I’ve tried 6 different nail salons and was close to giving up hope until someone recommended Vicky at NL. Vicky is your girl if you want a dip manicure. NL is very clean and they are very attentive to their clients. I highly recommend!

Beautiful place but the nails of my friend and I were horrible. My tows the girl thonned out my toe nails? I have never heard of that ever happening my toes are so thin now. The other girl who did my friends toe bleed she cut so far up close to the nerve. My gel X the color chipped off aftwr 4 days I had to clue it back on. I will never go again.

So nice. Really clean. And did a wonderful job on my nails. I was so scared to try a new nail place but they did such an amazing job that I’m going to have to switch. I got my nails done by Thien, he was so sweet. I got pink and white dip nails for the first time and they are perfect. So perfect I was in shock. If you can’t get a hold of your last nail tech don’t be scared to come to Thien he will totally take care of you!!!

I had some good experiences here in the past, so I decided to take my 10 year old for some special time together to get mani pedi’s. Our appointment was at 2:00. We arrived 10 minutes early- not expecting to get in early. They were clearly over booked. They finally had us sit in the chairs but left us sitting until 2:25. The technician next to me kept dumping water from the woman sitting in the chair next to mine into my pedicure bowl! When they finally got to me, I asked them to disinfect the bowl and they didn’t and acted mad. They said they were covering it with the
liner. The liner could have a hole so I wasn’t satisfied with that! The front lady (manager?) then took a plain towel with no cleaner and wiped the bowl. They said the water from the lady next to me was clean. She then threw the wet towel on the ground! After our pedicures were done, they never came back to take the paper out from our toes or to help us put our shoes on! All of this of course ruined my experience of special time with my daughter. So I will ever come back here again.

I've been coming here for years! Mai is the best! The salon is very clean. The nail utensils are always sanitized and sealed. The foot pumice scrubber is a one time use per customer then thrown away. I highly recommend trying Nail Luxury if you haven't already! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This place is gorgeous; however, my "experience" was the worst. Upon being greeted by Mai (at the time I didn't know she was the manager) and telling her that I'd like to "Classic Pedicure" she tried to upsell me. This is normal right, I take my seat in the chair and Linda is my technician. Lovely young lady but she too tried to upsell me several more times while sitting there. I'm on my feet A LOT with my line of work and when I go for a pedicure, I don't care to chat but bask in the massage. The massaging of my feet, legs and back from the chair. I quickly realized that my chair wasn't rotating from my shoulders down & I inquired of Linda who pushed some buttons and inquired of Mai. Mai tells me that it was because of the pillow in the chair as to why I wasn't feeling it. Here's where I'm insulted because I think I could feel that the kneading vibrations never left my shoulder blades. Nevertheless, I remove the pillow and let Linda know that it's still not rotating up and down. She says something more to Mai in their language then says, just a moment to me. My thinking is that Mai will be over momentarily to check it out but Mai doesn't come over until Linda is completely done and they need the chair I'm in for another customer. If it hadn't been for Linda, I would've walked due to not getting the service I can pay less for at a hole in the wall place off Moorpark called Paris Nails. "All that glitters isn't gold" When I confronted Mai she began blaming Linda, the pillow, then the I didn't know, I thought it was resolved...she would've known this had she followed up. After I let her know that blaming Linda was unacceptable she began to apologize and say, "I learned a valuable lesson". I'm not sure what one learns when they play the blame game but I do know the lesson I learned is that I will NEVER be back nor recommend.
