I usually love love love going to Nail Image! They have the BEST packages, but I arrived and immediately was made to feel like an inconvenience for coming in today. The nail tech I had didn't speak one word to me and he cut me multiple times and rushed through my pedicure-he was done in less than 20 minutes! Then he rushed off to do a manicure for someone that came in AFTER me! I normally get one of the higher packages, but wasn't even given the option for one of those! Do better nail image!

My daughter purchased the Deluxe Spa Pedicure for us for Mother’s Day. This was the best pedicure I’ve experienced. Gary took his time and did a great job. I especially loved the paraffin wax and foot massage…. And the massage chair was an extra luxury. 🌸

Mary was very rough with my hands and got annoyed when I pointed out a mistake. Gems are cute but very lumpy and bulky I asked for her to shape up my coffin nails she left me with square shaped nails. Layers of nail polish applied uneven, if you want decent nails and live in the area. Please don't go here it wasn't worth it.

Nail Image has-been my go to nail salon for years. Mary and team are great. They do an impeccable job. With all my traveling, I always say Nail Image is the best. I get french gels on toes and fingers. They last a long time. When Mary and team do your manicure and pedicures, it is first class service. Lots of extras that other salons don’t do.

My Pedicure from Valerie was perfection. She is such a sweet, beautiful soul!
My husband had Mary who was so experience and delightful!
Gary did my gel nails in June which lasted 3 weeks and didn't cause damage!
Excellent group of practitioners! We will happily return!!

Never coming here again, service is either rude or nice depending who you get. They told me that they were going to have an open spot at 5 so I waited because they said I could. They seated me around 4:30 ish and the lady had offered everyone water but me. She does my nails then switches to another guy to do my massage, he was very kind. Once payment came around, it was suppose to be $45 then tax. But she charged me 55 because I’m pretty sure the extra was just to tip herself since she knew I probably wasn’t after I asked for some sandals that other customers would be offered if they have close shoes. I asked before hand if I can have some sandals and she proceeded to tell me that I paid for gel that they wouldn’t get ruined. I wasn’t asking her but the man massaging me had offered I could get sandals but the other lady kept saying no. They had also last time charged my mom and I for the $45 treatment but didn’t do the whole procedure on my mom because they had other appointments around the same time we had came in then proceeded to make them wait past their appointments.

Bad customer service:
I came into the salon for my first time on a Thursday for a full ombre acrylic set. The nail technician on table #1 (bald man) was questioning what shades of arycelic powder to use for the ombre effect. After much debate with the other technicians, he completed the set. I was charged $55 but unhappy with the shaping of the nails, and he placed the powder touching my cuticles. It wasn't even 4 days later when I started experiencing lifting at the root and had already lost a couple of nails. I went back to the salon to display my disappointment. The man technician was upset and did not want to claim the nails as his work. The salon manager offered to fix the nails, but at that point, I just wanted the reminder of the nails removed. The man technician was assigned to remove the 4 nails I had left, he took them off in a rude manner and even gave me the nail clippers to take them off myself while he reclined in his chair and crossed his arms. The manager saw his deminor towards me and offered me a pedicure to make up for the bad experience. I took her up on her offer. Once the pedicure was done, the salon manager wanted to charge me for gel removal, plus the difference in price from the basic pedicure package, which came out to $40. In conclusion, I won't be returning to this salon. I do not feel like the salon has its customers' satisfaction as a priority.
