I just had a gel manicure yesterday October 4th. The pictures reflect exactly what it looks like. Unfortunately I am on a plane right now and gone for a week. So disappointed.

The staff is quiet but very friendly. I like the way they do acrylic nails. They last a very long time. I came here with my grandmother. She comes here all the time. They were really gentle with doing my nails and I appreciate that. Most places do nails too fast and end up hurting my nails or my skin. They took their time here and I love my nails. The inside is also very spacious and looked really well kept. I will definitely be coming back.

This is for the Valencia location. I went in this past week, later afternoon. It was pretty empty but I still waited 15 minutes. No other clients left, but I had 2 different technicians help me. Neither greeted me, introduced themselves or spoke to me throughout the entire process with the exception of Syd, who harshly said, “stop moving your toes… I will end up cutting them”. I responded that my feet are sensitive and were reflexively moving. She had a heavy grip. She had a terrible attitude throughout. The water temp for the pedicure was scalding!! I guess she didn’t check it. They did talk and laugh amongst themselves THE ENTIRE TIME. Even loudly talking to other staff at a far distance to me. I asked them each what their names were. But that was it. Ann did my manicure. Neither one did a massage, for feet, legs, hand , forearm. They applied lotion very briefly. The manicure was applied haphazardly. She applied the lotion first thing, with cold hands, then put the towels which were again scalding hot.
I had clear coat on my fingernails , but it was very thin and started peeling before I even got home.
And the shavings from her filing my nails were imbedded into the polish so they were like sand paper. Once the pedicure was completed, the gal said nothing. Didn’t ask if I had sandals , she just sat on the stool going through all her supplies. Finally she got the foam ones.
Customer service is everything. Treating your clients like they are an interruption to your day instead of the reason they are there, is unacceptable. I am a big tipper but only tipped 18%. A bad attitude comes forth in any language. Quality and skill matter. I won’t go here again.

I don’t tend to leave negative reviews but I had to unfortunately due to the circumstances. My mom has just finished her chemotherapy. As a result of her treatment, she has some memory problems. She’s still bald of course and it’s very obvious she’s been through chemo. She was getting easily confused and the woman doing her nails, Sydney, got visibly annoyed and had such a horrible attitude towards my mom. Additionally, the staff had a strongly negative attitude towards the receptionist, which I feel is unprofessional in a customer service job.

Very pretty place. Easy to get appointments . My nail girl was great, (Mindy?). My toenail girl did a great job also. ( Connie) very happy with this place! Prices are so so.

Went in with my 10 year old daughter. Asked for express pedicures. When I got the slip it was for 2 signatures pedicures plus callous removal. Instead of paying 48.00 I ended up paying 75.00!! They were very quick , 2 minute massage and messy polish. I will never go back. No wonder the place was empty. Beware people!!!
