I absolutely love Chris & Stephanie! Those are the ONLY two I let do my nails there. When it comes to the pedicures,I would prefer Stephanie's mom or the guy David,they are the only ones that seem to understand how to have my toes looking very pretty & neat❗

So I’ve gone to this shop maybe a total of 3 times. The first time, I had a wonderful experience with Chris, the owners son. I usually don’t do designs but this time I opted for one. Chris delivered and was patient and did a great job.

Last time, as you see pictured, a different guy ripped my old set off, only about 3-4 nails were on my hand as I had taken several off myself prior to driving. My nail started bleeding horribly, half of my nail was missing. At this moment he sprayed alcohol on it, didn’t apologize and I said well I’ll wait and not get them done today, he said $10. I said no sir, my hand is dripping blood and you didn’t even apologize. ! He said well leave and don’t come back to my chair! Long story short, I spoke to the manager, the mail tech was shouting at me and I told him it was unacceptable! Later Chris did my nails and saved the day. The set is really nice and I’m satisfied with Chris’ performance. The other guy will NEVER touch me again.

My first time there for A refill she did it with in two minutes so you know it wasn’t done right. I asked her to look at my nails and to please fill in the spaces she left and get the old nail polish off she got mad and turned her light off and asked me to leave. If you can’t do nails, don’t try we pay good money to get our nails done and we want it done right.

If I could give a no star rating I would. By far the worst experience in my life. I was a walk in and got sat but the lady they had me waiting on was already busy doing a pedicure. At this time I am starting to think to my self dang I should’ve went somewhere else. I went out to my car a lady comes out running and tells me to come back in she had some one for me . I come back in she sits me with a man in the back that clearly looked like he didn’t care to be there. The fact that he tried to rush through my set made me completely worried . The layering was very thin like he wanted my nails to break . Here’s the kicker I now have a fungus and broken nails and I literally got a gel set 10 days ago. I never thought I would be writing something like this.

Leaving this review as I hit in the salon.
I’ve been a consistent customer since 2020, literally every two weeks. Even once I moved to Birmingham, I still commuted back to receive service. Today I had the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had here. I completely understood the fact that the girl that service me was busy which is totally fine. I told the owner that I didn’t mind going to a different nail tech for today. The owner told me out of her mouth that in order for me to get serviced by the gentleman, I had to ask myself. If this is YOUR salon and YOUR employees why should I, the customer, have to ask? And when I asked the gentleman he basically denied my service saying that someone was on the way. I’ve sat here for an additional 20 mins because I do not mind waiting, (in fact I asked both which time to be back because I could go run errands until he was available) and no one has showed. I once loved coming here, but after today I am disgusted with the service received.

My experience was wonderful here. Nice atmosphere and I beat the 10AM crowd!!! So far so good!!! Will be trying Stephanie next time who's highly reccomended.
