The nail salon customer service experience was very pleasant. Staff friendly! I went to nail essence on July 13th 2024. My lashes on the above date were nice process didn’t take long. Lashes lasted only lasted into the beginning of the following week. I didn’t get a full two weeks after spending the amount of money I paid for the lashes. I ended with having to take them all off. My full acrylic nail set in less than two weeks has pulled from my nail roots. Three nails have broken off. The only thing that I got my money worse is my toes which has lasted from the 16th until now. I paid $165 and I’m definitely not a satisfied customer.

I got my acrylic nails done here on a November 1. I usually get them done at this same salon and it’s a pretty good job mostly. Recently I’ve gotten this young girl doing them and she doesn’t do such a good job. I paid $70 for a lazy job! The nails were so sloppy I had to go home and fix them. I had already been getting them done for hours in so I didn’t say how sloppy they were when she was done because I was ready to leave. Today I was putting my phone in my pocket and a nail popped off from just that little motion.. The nail popped off due to my nail tech not glue the tip on all the way. There is no reason people should be paying this much for a badly done job.

The best pedicurist is the young man with long nails. Have been a total of three times. The first time made me want to go back a second time. On the second time I didn't get the young guy. I decided to go a third time no young guy and this visit had me thinking that I won't go back. I was harassed about adding additional services and gel polish to all I continued to say no. The fair is in town and business is small. The paint job was mediocre at best. I had a man who didn't speak English and didn't know what he was doing. I had to ask him to cut my nails. The pushy woman finished with the less than satisfactory paint job.

So so disappointed!!

Being an ex nail technician I’m very picky when it comes to my nails but they did good. Beola I think her name was did my nails and she did wonderful idk the guy who did my feet name but he painted good too. Thank yall!!

Got my nails done lastnight...got in shower gel started peeling off?...I went bk I stay about 25, 30 mins away showed them no yelling no arguing and got no apology, no gift card for my troubles just a we will fix for free for you...I will never go bk don't care about customers. One nail had indentions in it like it was going to start peeling, one nail was sideways I seen it once I got home, one started lifting but only been done half a day not even 24 hours...Sad thing is I go to them all the time with my daughter and they didn't care. BUT it is wht it Is won't be bk. Oh Jennifer did my nails........

It's really the only place that I've gotten my nails done the last three times. Which would be my first time in over 15 years. They don't do gel nail and there's a lot of different things that they don't do.For the most part, all right. if I would not have started with them I would not be going back for my fill ins, but their prices were good, my first time.All in all they okay.....
My nails used to grow after I got the acrylic overlay from them months ago my nails have not grown. There should be something against that I should be able to Sue or something I would not recommend them to anyone.

Charged $55 for extremely normal short nails, the acrylic was too thin, you can see the very white nails under my pink acrylic, that's how thin the layer was. I specifically told him twice that it was too thin and that i can see the color of the nail through the acrylic and he could not understand a word i was saying. They charge the same price for everyone no matter what style you do, it's ridiculous! The pictures doesn't do justice, it's way more noticeable in person, if y'all pink acrylic powder was so sheer, then why not use the clear nails?

This was my first time, I heard a lot of good things so I had to come see for myself. I loved it and will DEFINITELY be back!! Ryan took really good care of me and made me feel extra special! I normally don’t have a good experience with been doing my nails but I VERY impressed!! And the guy who did my feet really worked me over good! Overall satisfaction 100%
