I have been visiting Nail Chateau for pedicures for over 5 years. I’ve been very happy with the overall quality of my pedicures, and I find the staff to be invariably skilled and pleasant. The owner, Kim, makes an effort to get to know her regular customers and always welcomes me in. The nail salon is kept very clean, and is an attractive, comfortable environment.

Highly recommend the Nail Chateau! I’ve been going there for 5 years, and the owner always goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my nails. She has a huge assortment of high quality polishes to choose from, and remembers my favorites every time I visit. She can always squeeze me in for a last minute appointment, and makes me feel valued as a customer!

I’ve been going here for over a year. The staff are always very friendly and talented. I usually just get a pedicure—but have done dip manicures too—and they always turn out lovely and last awhile. Never had a bad experience.

The service my daughter and I received at this place was horrific. They were busy, which is understandable on a weekend. But the way we were treated was unacceptable. The main lady (or manager) was rude and so unprofessional. She was nice at first, but once she got started, she had the biggest attitude and was so rough on my daughter’s nails. My daughter walked out crying because of how bad the service was. I recommend everyone to go somewhere else. This place is awful and the people are not friendly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This is my favorite place when I need a manicure and pedicure. I've been to different nail salons, but this is the only place I like. The place is clean, and the nail technicians are polite with good services. I always have a dip powder for my nails, and it lasts longer than I expected. I recommend this place.

Lady who answered the phone sounded bothered to have to take my call for an appointment. I would have been a first time customer, but I never walked thru the door. Phone etiquette is nonexistent. Highly suggest going somewhere who wants your business not that bothered by it.

I absolutley love this nail salon. By far, no nail salon compares. I cannot say enough about how great my nails are after they are done. All the gals are wonderful and make sure to give you nails you love and pedicures that make you feel relaxed! I never have to ask for one specific person to make sure my nails are done right, each person there is so great! Another big plus, they are gentle with your hands!
