I hate giving bad reviews, but I would not recommend this place to anyone. My sister & I went to get our nails done this past weekend - they got us in pretty quick for being walk-ins, but that was really the only good part. The technician my sister had buffed her nails & broke skin doing it on two fingers (blue nails). The tech then got irritated with my sister even though she was just sitting there & in pain from the skin being cut open. My technician was kind to me & seemingly did a good job, until we got back and my polish was already starting to come off the same day (grey nails)! As of today, most of my polish is still on but every finger has some off. It just didn’t hold up well like other gel polishes I’ve had. I would not come back here again. $40 + tip for nails that already aren’t holding up. My sister’s nails still look good & have not chipped away, but the technician hurting the 2 fingers with the buff does suck.

Lina is great. She always is very professional and does an amazing job. Very talented. These are my favorite nails ever, she just did these but they’re always fabulous every time. She is very great with shaping, and design. All of the staff is so kind, and this salon is very clean and organized. I highly recommend.

Honestly the only reason why I’m giving them two starts is because of their chrome colors. Other than that I’m definitely not happy with nail boutique due to the fluctuation of prices every time I went there. I started going to them in December of last year and every time I went the prices would be completely different. I got chrome the first time I went and it was 60 dollars and I didn’t think anything of it even though that’s up there in price I came back for a fill in and it still was 60 I came back again despite that for a pedi and a fill in and that was 100 I came back for another fill in and this was 70/80 dollars and it continued to climb. The very last time I was here for a full set gel acrylic with chrome square tip and paid 73 dollars. Which don’t make any sense since I got my nails shorter than the first time I came to them (I paid 60 then). Especially with it being the price of a fill in and repairing of completely broken nails. Now after this last time not even a week and a half one of my nails popped off. With spending that much money I spent that definitely should not have been the case. And the bad thing about this as well is I was a faithful client of theirs brought business to them and encouraged people in their chairs to get chrome and they couldnt

This was an AWFUL pedicure. None of my toes have the same shape. While the tech was massaging my leg, she dozed off. I was cut when she exfoliating my heels. I wish I knew the name of the girl that I had before because she was awesome. I still tipped (that’s what I do) but not nearly as much as I normally do. But this visit today was a waste of my time & now I have to fix it. If I don’t see the girl I had last time, I’m not going in again!

This is the best SNS and pedi I’ve had in a long time. My longtime nail girl left The Nail Bar in Hoover about a year ago and ever since I’ve been bouncing around. Today I decided to try here because it’s close to my house, and they literally blew me away!!!!! It was also significantly cheaper than other places around Birmingham. I’ve been to.

Kevin is amazing! This is my third time in and I keep coming back because he pays such great attention to detail, so caring for his customers (remembers my name every time I come in), and I always leave SO happy with the finished product! Could not recommend more!

My daughter and I visited the shop Saturday evening. We had the best experience!! The owners were so sweet and did the best job on our nails. Highly recommend!
