Best Nails and pedicures in Sonoma county, hands down!
The owner, Haung is an amazing business owner very hands on, always on top of customer service and Maintaining a welcoming, clean, reasonably priced nail salon. I’ve been coming for years now.

Please Note* This shop is women owned and managed and located 1009 West College ave by Safeway on west college. Please make sure when reviewing you’re reviewing her nail salon not another. She answers the phone an books the appointments.

I had went in last week for a manicure and my daughters manicure. I go here once a month along with my family members. I made an appointment to come back for a pedicure while I having my manicure done i was to return just two days later!!! I went in for my scheduled appointment and to my surprise they were fully booked and stated they never wrote down my appointment time. The scheduler apologized over over and just waited for me to leave with out any explanation and they did NOT offer to correct her mistake. I even told her I’d wait. She said she can’t. She was booked. If you have an event like I did don’t make an appointment here as they will not guarantee your appointment.

I’m actually glade this happened because I found an amazing location that has higher standards offered water to every one and plays really nice music and don’t get me started on how amazing of a job they did! I was blown away!. I never had a pedicure in my life that was as amazing as nail time in Santa Rosa! You will thank me trust me!

Got our manicures here- 1 gel French tip for my sister in law - turned out great !!! Other sister in law got gel, very nice, just dissatisfied that we had appointments, yet she had to sit there and wait while the rest of us got ours done . But I get things happen... my daughter got a princess mani - super cute! Great ! Mine was ok, I'd probably skip mani next time. I've gotten pedi there previously, and it was lovely . 😍 they are all so nice and I do love this place. Just like I said, I'm a bit dissatisfied with the long wait (also in there defense, my sister in laws were late as they went to the wrong nail art. Anyways. Would return regardless

My first visit for a gel mani pedi with acrylic was great. The man who seemed to be the owner did my fingernails while my pedicure was done and it was perfect! The next 2 times….not good! The second time I had to come back less than a week later bc my fingernails (acrylic) was chipping away. They did fix it for free. The last time.., I had the same as usual and 3 days later both my index fingers were chipping,, I went in and they repaired again and they knew I was flying out the following day. The next day at the airport, I lost 2 acrylic nails and had to cut my nails off. 2 days later, my thumb acrylic came off. All of this happened within 6 days of having them done and paying a total of $100 which included the tip. I got home and went in, asking for help and the owner said I’d have to pay bc I needed a fill. I’ve NEVER had this happen anywhere and nobody should expect to pay after 6 days. Either the company product was bad or…? VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS!! Of course I’ll never go back!
