Favorite! Long overdue review as I’ve been a regular here for years. They do all they can to accommodate my last minute-ness and indecisiveness (ha!), always delivering the best service. Hard working and likable staff, am so happy I found them. Tons of color options and have always done great design work. Their parking lot can suck, but that’s the only con I can think of to mention - just leave a little extra time find parking and you’ll be all set. 💛

My first visit at Nail 45 was very enjoyable! I was greeted right away and advised how long to expect my wait to be. First thing I noticed was how sanitary their approach seems. You are asked to wash your hands when you first walk in, before you start touching all the nail polish bottles, and they were spraying and wiping down everything when customers moved from chair to chair. I got a gel manicure by Ben who was lovely! He was helpful when I told him the wrong color and very detail oriented, cleaning the edges of my nails with every layer of polish. Gel Manicures are $35 plus I paid $3 extra for two base coats of strengthening polish.

Mimi did my pedicure and also did a wonderful job! The standard pedicure with Mimi included cut & filed my nails to my liking, cut down cuticles, exfoliated my feet and legs, pumiced my heels and the standard quick massage with lotion, finished with a quick hot stone massage.

If I lived closer I’d be coming back all the time!

It really is 50/50, depending on who makes your nails. I went several times and had nice men each time, the nails are not always straight or perfect but it’s decent.

This time: AWFUL.
The man was super aggressive, twisting my fingers in ways they don’t even bend (I broke them a while ago and they hurt). I showed him discomfort several times and told him he was hurting me, still no behaviour adjustment. Felt rushed, didn’t ask me to wash my hands after filing them, went straight with nail polish. Didn’t put nail polish at the tip so they look already used. I still have some gel stuck on my skin, he was very clumsy. At the end, he asked me if I wanted cuticule serum, added like 3 drops total and left. I had to massage them in.
The front desk person tried to make it right and I appreciate that, but maybe just tell your personnel that we come here to feel good and pretty, I left in pain and frustrated.

I feel like I need to leave a review for this place to flag to anyone coming. I did the bio gel manicure on my natural nails and it was $55. The oddest part about this entire experience was that they didn't do anything really nice, like I am used to getting my nails cleaned, the cuticles pushed back and trimmed, and lotion / a lil 1 minute hand massage or something but They didn't even ask me to wash my own hands...? They only cut my cuticles at the end of them painting my nails because I asked them too. The service was quick, but was it worth $55 If I was getting tips with gel for $55 okay i see the price but for $55 i couldve gotten a russian manicure somewhere else. 100% not worth it and don't recommend this place the prices are out of control.

Visiting from nyc and didn’t get a chance to get a gel manicure before traveling.
Made a reservation 30 mins before showing up on a busy Friday before NYE eve. Got in without much hassle. Linda did and an amazing job and really took her time and attention to detail. One of best I’ve had in awhile. Would absolutely recommend.
