Quaint ice cream shop, as everyone mentions, they sell blue bunny ice cream exclusively. The small area the business takes up is pleasant, but parking is small. They were out of several items when I ordered at 4:30 pm, such as whipped cream, malt, and some ice cream flavors. The cashier was pleasant, if a bit awkward. Prices are a bit absurd even for Tahoe, with the cheapest item being $12.50, which is already a bit unreasonable, but the quality of my shake was not at all reflective of the price, it tasted like a $6 shake at best. Wouldn't recommend it if nothing changes.

I tried ordering a couple different sundaes, but they told me they were out of 1-2 things for each one. Finally we found one where they had the ingredients, but not the ice cream, so i picked different ice cream and they started making it. Part way through, they realized they didn’t actually have the ingredients - no nuts, no hot fudge. They charged me full price anyway. So I paid $14.50 for two scoops of ice cream with some marshmallow sauce and whipped cream. The ice cream itself was fine.

Delightful family ice cream stand with a grassy shaded area, fenced for kids. They scoop Blue Bunny ice cream. My single in a waffle cone must have been at least 8 ounces of their famous Bunny Tracks flavor.

This is a small shop with fairly limited parking around the back of the shop, but its Lake Tahoe - parking is always limited. The grass seating area provided shade and chill area to enjoy our sweet treats. All of the staff were very friendly, the prices were fair, portions were decent size and the ice cream was delicious.

Possibly the best chocolate milk shake I’ve had in 40 years. Start with excellent ice cream. Add only milk. Blend and serve. Enjoy while you stroll down to Tahoe Vista recreation area or sip as you drive around Lake Tahoe. Small operation so go prepared to wait. Nice seating in the back under the tall pines. This is what summer tastes like.

Worst excuse for an ice cream shop ever. Very expensive and horrible dish preparation. The person making my half chocolate half vanilla sundae was reading a recipe. Instead of marshmallow sauce she substituted dry stale marshmallows. There was supposed to be hot fudge sauce… nada. $12.75 for this “sundae” in a small round paper cup. And asked for a tip before serving anything! Looks like a cute old fashioned place. Don’t fall for it.
