Service was amazing. I’ve worked with Daisy three times now and every time she has done so well. The designs are stunning. I did gel x refills twice and builder gel once. Absolutely amazing.

The overall space need a deep cleaning. Customer service also need some improvement. I walked into the store with lots of on going staff conversation when the peaceful music is playing in the background. I couldn’t even hear the music and could not relax. The technician did my pedi was not gentle so it hurts my cuticle and skin afterwards. I don’t feel welcoming here. I will rather go other nail stores next time.

After less than 3 days some of the tips are already cracked and look like they could break off. Additionally, after applying hand sanitizer once, my thumb has a matte finish that I cannot get off. This process took nearly two hours. For the amount of time this took and the amount I paid for it, I would have expected better.

I had to follow my favorite pedicurist here Philip! Such a nice guy and his work is flawless. This team is so kind and easy going. The location is also lovely with places to eat before/after getting their services. Their selection of colors is every girls dream. This is premium service!

I have been here twice now and both times have had painful manicures. Very rough on the filing and cuticles as you can see from the scabs I have on my pinkie and ring finger. The second photo is of the painful ingrown nail I now have from improper trimming and aggressive nail filing. Won’t be returning despite the nice paint job.

My 15 year old daughter had to end up getting ingrown toenail surgery on BOTH big toes after getting a pedicure here a few weeks ago. This is what came out of her foot. This place is EXTREMELY careless with the way they treat clients . The person who was doing my daughter’s hand and feet cut the nails way too short and filed them so rough that her skin ended up red and swollen. They also totally ripped us off too! We had called ahead of time to make an appointment and asked about pricing for a regular mani and pedi, no acrylic or anything and they told us $30 each. When it was time to pay, the woman at the front with a long dark ponytail said the total was $100. She got so upset when I wanted to double check the pricing that she tossed the menu at me aggressively pointing at a price I didn’t even see on the paper. I decided to not bother going back and forth with her so I paid, tipped, and left. Do not go here, they are rude, they will rush you, and do not care about you! This place is the worst, would leave -100 stars if I could.
