I’ve gone to Montana Nails for years, and I want to commend the owner for his attention to detail and service at their new location (Lincoln/Montana in Santa Monica). The decor is beautiful and the massage chairs we get to enjoy during pedicures are divine.

Today I noticed the comfy pillows in those chairs. See the photo below. My name is spelled Sally, but very accepting of this surprising version of tge one awaiting me and thanked the owner for even better service than usual!

I managed to snap a photo of some chairs that were momentarily empty. And it was fortuitous, because a few minutes later, customers sat in each awaiting their pedis.

They accept walk ins which is huge for this busy mama! Service was so, so for what you pay. Only feedback is no one offered me anything to drink and host wasn’t very friendly; hence the 4 stars. I really wanted to love it since they are walking distance to home.

Update: day after and two nails already chipped at the tip. As you can see, the cuticles also not cut down properly. My experience is definitely way different than most on here. Possibly because I was a walk in?

My gel manicure is looking flawless still an over week later ! My cuticles are also growing out perfectly evenly. I will be back. Great spot. Super clean as well.

I went here for a gel manicure for the first time and it was great! The staff at the front is super nice and they also offer your drinks. She was very thorough and painted the nails good. They also have a parking lot on the back which is great!

I called an hour before I wanted to come in, and they said they had space for me. I arrived and was immediately taken to a chair, and even though it was 45 minutes before closing, they took their time on my manicure. My nail tech was very thorough, and even redid the French tip on one of my nails, as well as the flower design in order for them to come out perfect. It took an hour and 15 minutes for a gel-x manicure removal, nail shaping, and gel French tip with flowers. They came out perfect, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. Although the price, $85, was a little more than I anticipated, the quality of the nails were reflected in the price. I highly recommend this place, and will be returning.
