Edward and Roxy gave me a manicure and it was perfect. Attention to detail, no making my cuticles bleed and my manicure (Shellac) lasts 3-4 weeks without chipping. If I go to any other salon from incline to truckee my nails chip within 1 week.

I got a fill and pedicure here the other day and I had the type of experience you should have at a nail salon. My great experience started when I scheduled my appointment, the gentleman on the phone was very polite and professional. I originally got scheduled for 3:30, however he called me back and I got to come in earlier.
Teela did my fill and she listened very attentively to make sure she knew what shape I wanted. She helped me get rid of the "coffin" shape, and get a more square with round corners that I really like. The paint on one of the nails wasn't drying properly so she redid the entire nail! You can tell she really takes pride in her work.
The pedicure and foot massage were a-m-a-zing! Not only did I feel truly pampered, I had so much fun, laughed a lot and felt like an old friend. Now a few days have passed and I am still very happy with the job they did, I have yet to find any imperfections on my nails which is rare since I am picky. Totally worth it!

Best get manicure I have had in IV. Owner really wanted to make sure I was satisfied. No one tried to talk me into a color, or a nail length/shape, or anything else that I didn't want. Even without "bond" being used, nails are holding up (waited 5 days to post anything make sure). Short nails are great too!

Amazing, friendly team. Always a great job and conversation. They treat my father with parkinsons like a king. It was his first pedi and he is forever hooked. Thank you for being so kind and friendly prices. Best in town.

Found myself in town and in need of new gel nails so I made an appointment with Edward (the owner). He did such a great job that a couple of weeks later I made another appointment. The shop is clean, organized, friendly and offer a nice menu of services. I will definitely be going back!

This place is the best in town!! The customer service is excellent and Edward gave me the most relaxing and quality pedicure (Volcano Pedi). Roxy also gave me a wonder gel pedi mani. Definitely recommend and be kind they are a small business in a small town doing a great job.

The best manicure experience I’ve had in Incline! Although the location is not as private as I prefer it to be. The Volcano Foot Spa Pedicure was also a very different experience!

I live in Incline Village and I am extremely disappointed. I have been coming here for 4 years and the owner argued with a lady over the phone over the price for a service for an hour while I was receiving a pedicure and manicure. I am not a diva. I tip well and the lady who did my service rushed me because I had a question about the menu price. She changed her tune a little once I told her I was a regular but it totally defeats the principle. They don’t have a functional website that shows updated prices, this could easily fix their problem. When the owner asked how my service was, I was honest with him. I was very disappointed and he didn’t even offer anything as a sorry in the end. Also, the lady cut my nail cuticle and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I paid $65 for a basic manicure and basic pedicure. Sadly, I won’t be coming back. I will be supporting a local business that treats me with respect and an owner that has integrity.
