Strongly recommend AGAINST this salon

I came here to have my nail gel removed. They did it in a barbaric way. They kept saying it’s hard to remove. They never removed nail gel like this. I did my nails in Taiwan. And it’s a regular nail gel. If they couldn’t remove it in a proper way, they shouldn’t have received me in the first place. They scrubbed my nails til there were scratches on my real nail surfaces and left even some dents. My nails are totally damaged. They are now coarse and fragile. Never been to any salons worse than this place.

Btw, nail gel removal is 15 dollars. They expected me to tip them afterwards. I tipped two dollars but I shouldn’t have tipped them for damaging my nails. They accept cash only.

Wow. Just had powder manicure with Kelly. They made me and my pup very welcome (he is very well behaved and does not bark!). So happy with service and the nails.

Update the first set stayed for a month but the second set stayed on for less than o week very frustrating and never coming back I don’t recommend

Friendly service, got me done quick. Very affordable prices. Big ouch on the pedicure experience, though. They took a bit more of my nail than my toe wanted to give and I left with a less than relaxing experience because of it. Would have been 5 stars if not for that.

If I could it would be a -10. Have never had such bad service ever!!! Any place!!! And I was a regular customer. I came for a manicure and pedicure and had just finished the pedicure when 2 other walk in customers came in - I was told just a minute - 30 minutes later after the manicurist returned after shampooing one and doing another treatment in the back for the other customer! I remover my polish, thinking she would be back. I left without manicure and the women had the audacity to ask if I wanted to add something when I paid - I don’t tip for horrible no service!

I get a basic color and my nails looks great everytime. Very good attention to detail. My gel pedicures last more than 6 weeks.

I do not recommend this place, I know it has been there for many years, I was a client there, but I realized that Kelly is a gossipy and racist person against Latinos, she gets information out of one in a good way to tell others and her level of racism. against a Latino is horrible, I will never go back to that place with racist and gossipy people like Kelly

My go to hairdresser is Julie. For a very good price I get a terrific haircut, every time. What I love about Miss Bess' is that it's a no nonsense establishment. You go in and you're out in no time flat. I know that there are many loyal customers because as someone walks in they are typically greeted by name. Love this place!
