The guy that did my feet did an amazing job. As for my nails I gave up asking the guy to fix them. I was there 2 hours and most the time was spent on nails and the still look horrible. My fingers hurt by the time I left. They were my birthday nails and the made me want to cry and rip them off. I will not be back posting pictures of them and what I asked for. Really want to leave 0 stars but it won't let me. Also wanted me to pay 70 for them.

My nails barely lasted 2 weeks! Started lifting about a week and 2 days later. My nails are also damaged, no one tried to compensate me AT ALL made it seem like it was everyone’s fault but there’s! Would not recommend.

This place has very low standards. Does John still operate this nail shop? When they finish you think a kid did your nails. 10 years ago this was the best shop in this area. Just like everything else quality down but prices are up. Who can tell me what’s in a $35 pedicure?

We came in town for an event last weekend and needed to get pedicures and brow waxing. I noticed my pedicures was going great but my sisters was taking an extreme long time to start. Once the pedicurist started she kept stopping. I was completed. While my sister was just left unattended again. I was told that this was a cash only service. Which is so weird in 2023. So I went to the ATM came back paid and got two waxes. My sister was still in the chair with a half done pedicure. At this wits been an hour 30 minutes. I’m in the car waiting. My sister called
And said the lady still hadn’t painted her nails, massaged her or nothing. I reentered the establishment, stood over her to rush her. She waxed my sister for free (as they should). But truly unbelievable! This unacceptable and they were unapologetic. Treated like we were the problem instead of paying customers

I went to Mimi’s to get my nails done and I showed the guy a picture of the nail color I wanted. The guy rushes me and told me I need to hurry. I then selected a color quickly because he told me he was very busy. I noticed a lady came in who was the opposite color of me. The nail person was very patient with her and she took as much time she needed to pick out her nail color. They never said anything to her
I never understand why people are so rude and we are paying our money for a service. ? ?
