I was not greeted nor offered any assistance when I entered the store, so I left. Very unprofessional and high priced compared to others.

If you purchase a product from this beauty supply and it has not been opened, You have the original receipt for the order you should be able to return the product for a full refund. The Workers in the store are so unprofessional and not helpful at all when it comes to customer service.

I had a great shopping experience at this store today for the first time in a long time. I had stop shopping here for awhile--only on Sunday emergency situations The staff was so unprofessional and never helpful or friendly. Today the manager (I hope she was) was friendly professional and helpful. Such a great change! I hope she continues to work there bcos Mi Mi's is a nice beauty supply store...it's a small store but the inventory is always adequate and up to date and their prices are comparable.

After watching the "worker" eat chicken wings and listen to the other "workers" talk about their baby daddy....my girlfriend and I left.
If RATCHET WAS A BEAUTY SUPPLY this is the place to be!!
However, if you are looking for customer service and reasonable prices....keep riding like we did?

I had the worst experience ever going to this store today. I was not greeted upon entry, I was not offered any assistance, and when I asked a question and got the answer, she did nit offer to help me with what I was looking for. The customer service is nonexistent in this store and I will NEVER patronize this store ever again. The store is a cluttered mess so they should at least offer to help find items that customers are looking for. I gave one star so I could leave this review no other reason!

If I could give this store 0 stars, I will! I went inside the store yesterday with my niece. While I was looking for hair, I notice that my niece and I was continuously being followed. This automatically pissed me off because why I am continuously being followed. I saw some hair that I liked, but I refused to give any type of business to a person like that. I see why there was nobody in the store. Who wants to be followed! All black people DO NOT STEAL. Also, I am higly educated and I felt disrespected. I refused to ever go back in there again!
