Revised review: They did not have the car in stock I wanted so Russell said he'd check with other Mercedes Dealerships. I found one in Houston,TX & told him to get it transferred there. He lied & said it was a special order car for someone. I said then why do they have it listed on Carfax? He said let me call and see. I beat him to the punch & spoke to the manager of the Houston dealership & he point blank said he's telling you that because he will lose commission & doesn't want you to buy it. I already knew this because my family is in the car dealership business. I had told Russell that. I should screenshot the messages back & forth between Russell & I. He was 2faced the whole time. He wasn't being loyal to his customer. Just himself. I didn't buy from him& will not use this dealership because of him. They put a bad taste in my mouth & totally pissed off my husband & I !!!? When somebody is dropping $100k plus Kon a car & tells you in 3 months they'll be back to purchase another you don't do shady stuff like this & expect to keep or get customers when you live off commission! I bought a Range Rover in Atlanta instead. I drove hours to GA & went with a totally different company because of my interaction with Russell & this dealership.

We had great service. We have to come back to test drive the 450 & a few others to pick which one I want. Our guy,Russell,was great!

I bought my Mercedes from a dealership in a different state and had a typical car dealership experience and wasn’t expecting much when I scheduled my 1st service, but this one at a different dealership here in Irondale, Alabama. Let me tell you something, these people do things differently. They clearly aren’t relying on the Mercedes brand name to sell their cars - they actually bring on the exemplary customer service that one would expect from a premium brand.

The dealership is immaculate. Sparkling, with every amenity under the sun to make you wait more pleasant. I was able to use their guest wifi to work, take a meeting, walk the grounds and get my steps in and close my rings before lunch, get a chair massage AND had coffee, lunch and dessert at their in house cafe, all while I waited.

My parents are older and my dad has health issues. However, they love to travel. My parents had a flat tire on the interstate in their Mercedes. My sister and I live in a different state. She called me in a panic advising me of the situation. I was able to ping their location because, I secretly place an app on my father’s phone in case of an emergency. I called my mother and she explained that a young man had stopped to help them. My mother explained to me that she seen a Mercedes Benz service van traveling in the opposite way on the interstate. The Mercedes Benz van driver turned around and changed my parents tire for them. My dad has lost grip in his hands so, it would have been impossible for him to change the tire.This may not seem like a big deal but, we are so thankful and grateful. Cheers to the Mercedes Benz employee that stop to help my mother and father. Thank you for taking care of my parents. Godspeed

9 hrs for a n oil change and rim change rim appt was supposed to be from 9-12 they called me to get my car at 5:35 when they close at 6.
