For seven years I've been unhappy with my vehicle. I identify as a car girl. I've always loved them. So this has been a big deal to me. I've been paying a luxury car payment for 7 years with no luxury car. I've taken accountability for the why. I've changed, been patient and worked to better my situation.
I've gotten that itch, as I often do. I researched for weeks. Spreadsheets. Screenshots. Asking advice. Listening. On November 30, yes, Iron Bowl day (lol) I went to test drive a Mercedes. Never drove one. I went in knowing what I could afford, all the package details, and had a couple picked out.
I wasn't ready for the great experience that I had at Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham. I was really expecting snoody, rich folks. My past experiences with dealers were pushy salesmen, not perfect credit and negative equity. I immediately clicked with the salesman that I'd been chatting with over text (Brandon). It was like meeting an old friend for coffee. I was never ever uncomfortable or planning an escape. I was good on my current car. My credit was good. I wasn't there for hours on end.
I'm OK with my car payment. It matches what I'm driving. I couldn't be happier. And I got my first choice. I'm happy to be part of a new car family and welcome Blue Belle to my fleet history ?

The dealership in Irondale is so spectacular. I truly hope anyone who MIGHT be interested in buying a new car drops by to meet the team here. You'll be treated with such respect. My favorite sales person to see would be Greg Forrest. He's one sharp man. He knows his cars and can locate the perfect car for you (he checked EVERYTHING off my wish list) and he is a rather dapper dresser too! Thank you, Greg, for all you've done for me this year. I look forward to keeping this one for a while, but you know we'll be coming back soon for my husband's midlife crisis car SOON!

I recently purchased my very first luxury car from Trent Tate last week. My purchasing process was super smooth . He worked so diligently and made sure he kept me knowledgeable of each step. Most car salesman just sell you a car. Not Trent, he actually took his time to teach me how to operate each accessory and apps on this new vehicle, which I thought, was going to be too advanced. I also had my two daughter's at the dealership and Trent was very welcoming and patient . He provided me with each resource accessible for future reference. Sales Review - I cannot express strongly enough how happy I am with the sales experience I had at the MBB - Irondale Dealership, specifically with Eric Burks help. Purchasing a car is a stressful process, but this dealership and Eric particularly removed any ounce of stress. The back and forth was a comfortable, rational process.
