I came in with an extremely old bike. I went to a few other shops and no one was able to help me. Craig the owner saw one look at the bike and knew he could fix it. He was able to keep my original parts on the bike. I paid $40 and he got my bike back on the road. I can’t thank them enough. I left as one happy customer.

This place was amazing! My husband and I drove a couple hours and passed up many a bike shop to come here. They asked our budget, sized us on a couple bikes, and went through their inventory with us to make sure we were happy. They treated us like real family and were extremely patient with our 3 year old that was with us. I look forward to future visits to their shop. Everyone was very friendly and informative.

After reading the reviews here I was skeptical about coming to this establishment, and let me tell you their customer service is impeccable! I was greeted by most of the shop and Samantha was the one to take care of all of my questions and it was a lot. She was patient and very informative never did I feel rushed or pressured. I've been in the cycling community for longer than I'd like to admit but coming to professional and helpful places like this just reassure that we still have kind people representing us from another perspective. Some live to ride while others ride to live, no matter your preference of riding they have a pretty big selection of inventory! Thank you all for making such a pleasant experience coming to your store!

We took our electric bikes in for tune-ups the other day and had the pleasure of working with Tina. First, she greeted us right away and was so friendly! We told her why we were there- we’d had our bikes for 3 years and barely ridden them but they definitely needed a good once-over and my brakes needed to be bled. She gave us a very fair quote and our bikes were ready to be picked up in less than 48 hours. Not only that, but she gave us an incredibly kind deal because she said the bikes were still in great shape. We were so grateful! We’ve taken our kids’ BMX bikes here before and have always had wonderful, affordable service. We love supporting small businesses and will absolutely continue to take all of our bicycle business Menifee Bicycles.

Went in the have the nipples replaced on my rim spokes, and Christina I believe was her name helped me out, instead of taking my money and making a profit she explained it would be a waste since 1 of my rims had a hairline crack. Then for the next 1hr she devoted her time to try to find me a replacement rim for my bike going back and forth using the shops computer and her personal phone. Unfortunately no luck but will definitely will be going back
