This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. They over sold me their products. After I made the purchase they told me they would be checking in along my journey. I have not heard from them since. Do not go here because they just want to get your money and run with it.

I got dysport here and my initial thought was the staff was really nice and fun. After my injections, I found out that I was not given all the information I needed to make a decision and I was left very disappointed. The results didn't match with my goals. The office was very communicative when I expressed my displeasure but they did not take responsibility and wanted to charge me additional to correct their mistake. Something to consider is they do not charge per unit, they charge per treatment area..but they actually may not treat the entire area (I paid for the entire forehead and the Dr only treated a third of the area.) $300 for forehead, $300 for crows feet area, $75 for eyebrow lift. I figured out after the appointment my cost per unit was $7.50.

I finally decided to give in to science and I was in constant research for a good injector here in the San Mateo County area. I visited one of the MedSpas in Burlingame , but was not really satisfied with the service I was given. I booked myself online and a follow up confirmation through email was sent to me right away. It was given back to me by Cassandra. Within a week, I was in the office of Dr. Lin.

Dr. Lin first started with a consultation and explained the process and what she thought I needed for myself. She even asked me why I was doing this and what I wanted to achieve . From there, she took the time to know me, my personality, and what I wanted to achieve.

My excellent experience with Dr. Susan Lin from MD Laser and Cosmetics in San Mateo for Botox and lip fillers was fantastic! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was impressed with the professionalism and care provided. Cassandra was a breath of fresh air. I was a “ Newbie” to Botox and fillers so I had a ton of questions. Dr. Lin took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had.

During the treatments, I felt comfortable and well-informed, which was essential for me. The doctor's expertise and precision were evident, resulting in fantastic results that I'm extremely satisfied with. Not only did the Botox treatment smooth out my wrinkles, but the lip fillers added a natural and beautiful enhancement to my lips. She knew exactly what she was doing. I felt I did not have to say anything more. She knew what I wanted.

The post-treatment care and follow-up were also exceptional. I appreciate the doctor's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring my comfort and well-being throughout the entire process.

I highly recommend Dr. Lin for Botox and lip filler treatments. Their skill, professionalism, and dedication to patient satisfaction truly set them apart. I couldn't be happier with the results and the overall experience.
