Dr. Carrie Morris is an awesome surgeon! She is kind, talented, extremely knowledgeable, and, spent a-lot of time with me at her event discussing my skin treatments. She’s national recognized and the only board certified Cosmetic laser surgeons in the state of Alabama and along the entire Gulf Coast!
Her open house event was spectacular with almost 150 people celebrating her grand opening! Wow, we are so blessed to have such a wonderful physician living and practicing in our community.

Dr Morris, Jessica, Amanda and the entire team was FABULOUS!!! They are ALL so friendly and accommodating.
I was looking to diminish the look of the lines above my lips along with the "smile lines'" that have become more prominant with age.
When I first met Dr. Morris, she listened to my concern and provided various options. I decided to go with a filler.
Dr. Morris and her surgical assistant Amanda worked together and really made the procedure comfortable and relatively pain free.
I am VERY happy with the results. It looks so natural and took years off of my appearance.
I highly recommend Dr Morris, her team and Mc Cullough Plastic Surgery and Med Spa.

Best doctor I’ve ever had in 54 years for anything. I wish I Would have known about Dr. McCullough years ago. He is the kindest most patient I have ever met and had many surgeries in the last 20 years. He takes his time to explain exactly what’s gonna happen and takes you from being a nervous wreck with anxiety levels off the chart to calm and not even scared within minutes. We love, Dr. McCullough. And his staff, my favorite people they are amazing so helpful and Sweet. Marlene If it was not for her, I probably would not have followed through because of my nervous anxiety Levels calm and the first day I walked in there I knew he was my doctor. I had been several places and I was scared to death. Did not like the doctors did not like their demeanor terrible bedside manners. Most made you feel like just another number. Anyway, Dr. McCullough and his staff are amazing. Emily and Sheila were the best nurses anyone could ever ask for Emily is Dr. McCullough‘s nurse and Shelia was my After surgery, nurse who stayed with me 24 seven for a few days. They were both amazing again. The staff at Dr. Mke’s office and Dr. McCullough are the best ever and I’m very picky and they get five star rating in every category.

I cannot say enough about Dr. McCollough, Emily, and everyone on the staff at this clinic. They are personable and genuinely caring, and every encounter has been a positive experience. I am a "repeat" patient, and I have been 100 percent pleased with every outcome. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. McCollough has a highly trained eye and a natural gift of recommending the best surgical procedure, with the goal of giving each patient a refreshed but natural look. This took a long time to talk about but here it is. I took my son to McCullough right after he was first born. (January 2021) He has some ear deformities and I wanted it healed without surgery right away while the cartilage was soft. My experience at McCullough was awful. To start I waited two hours with a newborn to be seen and I drove an hour to visit this office. Once I was finally seen the doctor said photos needed to be taken. I politely declined and he threatened me by saying "I can't treat this child without them". I actually cried right there at the office while I hid my child's face during the photo session. I don't believe in child exploitation and have never allowed any of my kids to have photos taken of them to be later posted on social media. Which is exactly what happens regularly when photos of children are taken. They get shared on documents, files, brochures, Facebook posts and more. After everything and multiple visits where again we would wait 1-2 hours just to be seen. My son still has his ear deformities. The doctor put wire ear shapers in and they did absolutely nothing except keep my son up at night for weeks due to ear pain. I would never recommend this place for anything. They caused me trauma that can't be reversed and I'm ashamed to say that we went back for our follow ups. I should have been stronger and said "no" after our first visit.
