Nails are all different lengths, the nail tech cut me three times with the drill, and then I asked for square and did not give me square at all. Mine you I have work for a nail salon for over 6 years, and never experienced this mess. I got the dip powder set but I originally asked for the pink and white solar nails, but the nail tech didn’t tell me he couldn’t do solar nails til after he chopped all my nails way short and put the base on for the dip powder. Will never ever recommend this place to anyone. And if you look at the pictures all my nails are different sizes and lengths.

After another nail place in Mccalla treated me so very nasty, I came to them desperate for help. Andy was so sweet and respectful. He fixed the mess that Model Nails made and truly was the most gentle nail technician Ive ever had work on my nails. His prices were very fair. I watched how They treated their customers in the nail salon like Queens. It's hard to find a nail salon that is fair with their pricing and kind to the customers. When it came time to pay I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely looking forward to going back again!!

The employees are insanely rough. The guy who did my nails cut me over 3 times, didn’t get my design right and got the nails crooked. My mom and my sister also got their nails done and the same guy did my moms nails and cut her, did the wrong design and got them crooked. My sister got hers done by the woman there and got the color and design completely wrong. Last time coming here for sure.

I visited this nail salon on Saturday.
The male nail tech proceeded to take the nails off that needed repairing first…I finched a little because it hurt. He asked did it hurt. I replied yes. He then goes on to tell me IT DIDN’T HURT! So he started glueing the nails on and I noticed it was a not straight plus he piled too much acrylic on my pinky finger. It looked terrible!! I told him He kept telling me that it looked fine! He asked did I want to cut my nails down. I replied no. There was no need because they weren’t long at all. So then he tells me that if I don’t cut down he will charge extra. I could understand if they were long-charge extra but as I stated they were not long at all. This is what put the icing on the cake. I told him I wanted regular polish instead of gel. He said I’m going to charge you an extra 5 dollars because you’re not getting gel. Now this man didn’t try to fix my nail that he messed up. wanted to charge me extra because I wouldn’t agree to cut down and because I wasn’t getting gel. Never tried to fix the nail that’s was glued to my finger sideways.
I told him I was never coming bk he replied that’s fine. It’s was the audacity that sealed it for me!!! Horrible customer service!!

This was not a great experience. They used a grinder to remove the old polish. It hurt. Afterwards my nails are extremely thin and sensitive when I touch them. They did not remove all of the old polish, so there are spots of red in the corners under my new polish. The corners are rough and they did not evenly coat the entire nail. I was hoping to find a salon closer to my house since I go so often, but this place is not great. I will not go back.

I got a full set and gel polish on my toes and just the tips on my fingers. They talked about me the whole time. The lady that done mine had my fingers bleeding. ( SHE DID NOT CARE). There are little bubbles in my nails. I also have polish on my skin. After all of this I got charged $89... I definitely will not be back here!!!!!
