La persona encargada de hacerme las uñas no tenia buena actitud, fue brusca, agresiva e hizo mal las uñas, una mano tiene mas largas las unas que la otra, aplico mal el esmalte, se ven las imperfecciones, no realizo su trabajo, que la verdad no era complicado, se supone que es lo que hacen todos los dias, mi unica y ultima experiencia ahi.

10/10 would recommend to anyone! I got a full set of Gel X (with a soak off of a previous set) for $85 + tip. I’m not local to the area otherwise I would be a regular customer. I came on a Monday morning and they were not busy at all. The salon was clean and spacious, and had a generally pleasant atmosphere.

My nails were in pretty rough shape when I came in from a previous full set I had gotten elsewhere. Britney took her time and was extra careful with my nails because she could see how damaged they were. I get Gel X nails regularly, every 4 weeks or so, and you can tell when someone is good vs. bad at doing this type of nail extension. She was very good at the application. She had exactly the shape and length I wanted which is always a good sign. (Often times salons will only carry one size and length of gel x tips, and then they’ll make them they shape you want but they’re not always uniform).

I’m very happy with my nails. I have to have them done a specific way for work, and they’re perfect.

Wow! The best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Lucy did an amazing job cleaning up my cuticles. When she didn’t know how to do the ombré, Sammy was able to get it done while also showing Lucy how to do it. They really went above and beyond and spent their time making sure it was perfect. Also, at some point Lucy gave me a shoulder and arm massage! I am blown away with the service and treatment that I received. Thank you guys so much for such as amazing experience. 10/10 recommend to everyone, not even expensive and I feel as if I got more than I paid for. ♥️

Horrible. I came here yesterday 10/30/24 to get a simple gel manicure. The nail artist suggested that I try getting a hard gel manicure instead and I agreed. I don’t understand why someone would suggest for me to do hard gel instead of the regular gel manicure that I wanted when they have no idea how to do it. Every single one of my nails is lumpy and crooked. There are awful amounts of crusted product left underneath my nails. She also cut and caused me to bleed several times. They did a horrible job and did not offer a refund or even a discount. I have never in my life gotten “professional nails” that looks so terrible. When I brought it to their attention About how crooked and terrible my nails look, I was told that “different people do them differently” instead of them offering to redo them or give a discount for these horrible nails. I feel scammed and upset. Do not come here.

The staff was very kind and sweet, but they struggled with design. They kept wiping the cross away and ended up curing a smear of polish in. When brought it to their attention they didn’t do anything to fix it. 3 hours later and left with a permanent flaw in the nail 🥺

Update: Sammy reached out and asked me to come back where she totally fixed and redid my nails !!!! Love the new ombré. Much better🥰. If you go for designs ask for Sammy

SAMMIE IS AMAZING!!!
I love my nails to death. I showed her a picture of the gradient and I added the dots and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I got a fill in and a nice guy took his time shaping my nails to perfection & then Sammie slayed my nail art. She took her time on each nail. And she’s fab! I have been to over 10 salons in SF and they all disappointed me because they could never do what I asked - Mani Pedi is my new favorite and go-to spot!

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I requested a short Gel X set, but during my service, I was unexpectedly switched between two different technicians without any explanation. The first technician clearly lacked experience with Gel X and had to repeatedly ask others for help. At one point, the second technician dropped her tools on the floor and, instead of using a new sanitized set, simply picked them up and continued working—an extremely unsanitary and unacceptable practice.

To make matters worse, she also dropped several Gel X tips on the floor and still glued them onto my nails. These tips, meant to last for a month, were contaminated, further compromising the quality of the service.

Additionally, I noticed that they do not properly sanitize their tools between clients. For instance, I saw them using the same nail clippers from one customer to another without any disinfection. Hygiene should be a top priority at any nail salon, and this blatant disregard for cleanliness is alarming.

Beyond the hygiene concerns, the overall service felt rushed. The technicians seemed more focused on finishing quickly rather than ensuring quality. They barely checked in with me throughout the process, and when I mentioned at the end that I was unhappy with the results, their response was simply to "come back next time and ask for it"—meaning I would have to pay full price again just to get the service done correctly.

I would not recommend this salon due to poor service, lack of sanitation, and disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking an appointment here.
