Best customer service and clean spa facility. I highly recommend this place. I had gel X and manicure with spa pedicure and was very pleased with the service and attention. Did not feel rushed like other places. The attention to detail was amazing.
You won’t be disappointed.

I've been coming here for about a year now, I always leave happy! They have amazing customer service. It is important however to have a standing appointment because they do book fast, meaning a lot of people keep coming back to get amazing nails, mani,pedis, etc. EVERYONE does great work, Tim, Jessica, Minh, Tina, Mailinh, Jenny and Ben! If you don’t come here you are missing out!! 100% THE BEST IN VALENCIA

The staff and facility is great. I’ve gotten good pedicures but I recently received the worst dip manicure of my life. I usually don’t have a single chip on my nails when doing dip. However, after I did them at this salon I had a chip the next day and all my nails fully cracked and chipped one week in. I scheduled an appt to redo them at another salon just a week later. It’s a bummer because it’s expensive to do dip gel just to have to go & redo it.

I wanted to love this place because is conveniently close to me. I'll start with something positive Peter was nice he did a great job on my gel manicure. What went wrong- first red flag 🚩 the front desk girl doesn't greet you when you arrive is like a ghost walked in you don't know if they are ready for you or what, no indication of anything she doesn't even make eye contact, nothing. 2cd red flag🚩 upon arrival someone was complaining that their nails were crooked and they were all either not understanding what she was saying or pretending they didn't. 🚩Few min later someone was waiting on the pedicure chair for a long time I thought she was drying out, she said: I'm waiting for the top clear coat because she was given 2 coats of color but no top coat, again they were all confused and pretending not to understand (seems very convenient)🚩so no1 wanted to give her the top coat and that was that no budging. 🚩
Well thn I was done with my manicure and I'm looking like an idiot while they are getting ready to close about 15 to 20 min before closing. And he signals to pay to which I'm confused because I specifically booked a mani/pedi so he's looking confused because no1 told him I wanted a pedicure, I asked if he can at least change my color which he does because obviously Peter is a nice person. So thn comes payment. To Peter's luck I carry a bit of cash which most people don't do anymore but I'm old so.🚩 The front desk never told me that the TIP IS CASH ONLY! although I asked if they took cash or card when I booked. Btw the wash they do on these pedicure chairs are just the same soft common soap sponge, scrubbing all the pedí bowls and no sanitizer of any kind! saw it with my own eyes 🤮🚩🚩🚩 those liners aren't reliable they need to properly clean regardless of the liner or not.

I got gel extension nails and I will never go anywhere else in Santa Clarita again!!! Not only did Minh make them exactly how I wanted, but when I scheduled my appt I forgot to also schedule a pedicure. They were busy yet so accommodating and managed to fit me in after getting my nails done. (Can’t remember the name of the man who did the pedicure but he was also amazing! So gentle and focused). I’ve never been so pleased when leaving a nail salon and will be returning ❤️ Thank y’all so much!!

Always thrilled with the level of care and attention to detail that are placed in the location and my nails. I keep my nails natural with powder dip. I enjoy trying different creative designs that Mihn designs. In this time of uncertainty walking into a location that is clean, organized and always set to state regulations is very reassuring. I have been coming to this location now for quite some time and am always pleased! If you would like to go to a shop that cares about their employees and their customers this is the place.

RACIST and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had heard that it wasn’t the greatest place and that if you are Black you should avoid. BUT I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Literally Migh will almost REFUSE to speak to you but as soon as a non black customer arrives he is super chatty even calling people by their name asking them how they are etc. but to anyone Black NOTHING!

They consistently double book and make it your fault until you have to just leave!

Regardless of what service they offer it’s not worth the abuse they give you and consistently double booking so you that you can’t have your appointment you booked for.

Sad … I value myself way too much to go here.
