The young man in seat 11 did my nails. The experience was great! He did not rush, I did get 1 cut on my finger but the were very nice people. Total was $160 kind of pricey but hey; they force you to get gel polish. I got a full set, n my two little ones got pedis. Overall a good experience

Came here for my dad’s first pedicure, and the service was amazing! Environment was relaxing & everyone was so kind! They also did amazing on my feet too!

This nail salon was very clean and sleek. I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Which explains the constant flow of repeat clients that were coming in. Almost every tech had appointments. My only issue was the water for my pedicure was cold and the service was a bit quick. However, I was pleased with the final product. My feet feels soft and heels are smooth.

Locked the door on me once I arrived. They talk a good game. Since Lynn stated that they are willing to take a customer even if its close to closing. But I guess when you are trying to get the customer's money it doesn't matter, you will say anything. The one in Eastchase is far better then the one on Atlanta Hwy. Please travel there for supreme service.

Business hours are published as closing at 8pm, open sign on and flashing, arrive at 6:34pm to be told they are close. What was the issue? I’m a black male? Either operate your published hours or change your hours.

I got my nails done not even 4 days ago and they were filed crooked, cut uneven, and the actual polish was applied sloppily. Sadly, the polish chipped the very next day on 3 nails.

I follow Shaun/Sean. Period. You’d think I know how to spell his name properly as I’m giving him this major shout out. I have been going to Shaun to get my feet right since 2016/17. I’ve left the state but always find him. His hands are magical and his patience is Saint like…no hyperbole. I recently met Lan (like Pan) and she is phenomenal on my hands. They together are MY luxury nails dream team. The location is in the eastchase area next to kohls. The one thing I love is that when I make an appointment…I have a freaking appointment NO WAITING

First time ever going to this place, and will be my last. Nails started to pop off after 6 days… I went back in to have them fixed. The lady that originally did my nails, fixed the ones that popped off. Now two more are already popping off and it’s now been 8 days. (I live an hour away and referred to try them out). I will not be returning. I have never had this happen before. She rushed the first time and second time. Slow down or don’t do nails period. Now I have to pay another nail salon to fix the problem this place couldn’t get right the first time. Unbelievable. Spent $65 with tip for my gel set to pop off after a week, no thanks.
