I’ve been to Luxury Nail Bar a few times and have had great experiences except for Saturday. Because of that, I didn’t want to post negative feedback so I sent an email and filled out the feedback form they text after an appointment. I have yet to receive a response which is even more disappointing.

My nails are uneven in length and the polish is creased, has big lumps, and already chipped. And I know that my nails are thin and sensitive, but I’ve never had to pull away so many times from someone grinding off the previous manicure. Super bummed about the experience and the way they turned out today. Total waste of money and time.

Consistently great! I see Donna for my nail extensions and she is great. Methodical, detail-oriented, and can always try a new design or style if I bring her a photo. The staff there is very friendly, always offering a beverage or glass of wine. Prices are fair/as expected considering we're in the Bay Area. I've been to other salons where my nails fall off within two weeks. I can get over a month out of these extensions. I'm new to the area and this is my favorite go-to nail spot.

I used to come here before the pandemic hit then I stopped doing my nails. I decided to return here after 3 years and I am glad I did. Everyone was very attentive. I got red wine to enjoy while I was there.

Oh no, this place do not know how to lay acyrlic, they tell you to show them a picture, just to say that they can't do it. How can you not do marble or ombre? They didn't have the color I want milky white, they didn't offer me anything to drink. I'm a licensed cosmo and nail tech so I have standards, and they didn't reach my standards. Didn't clean my nails so there's polymer around my cuticles, wasted 2 hours there, paid $160 for my nails and toes just for them to rush their work, overcharge me on work that looks like my work when I first started out. These places out here do not care for quality at all. And then they swear to God that you are trippin. I've attached their work, and my work is the picture with May 16 on it. Smh. They need to do better.

Donna and her team are always amazing!! I think the hardest thing for me during the great apocalypse of 2020 was not being able to come here. From nails, to pedicures to waxing everything and everyone is always on point and the results are clearly epic!!!

I got a new nail set and absolutely loved it! Exactly my reference photo if not better. All services were perfect and everyone was very welcoming.

I made an appointment for 6:30 for 2 pedicures and 1 gel manicure. We arrived at 6:25 and they started on my toes right away. My bf had to wait at least 20 minutes for them to start his pedicure. They were laughing at my boyfriends toenails and asked him if he painted his toe nails while pointing at the discoloration on his nails. We should have left at that point but stayed. The lady who did my gel nails snipped my cuticles and did not even wipe away the blood from my nail. She continued leaving the blood on my finger and did not even sanitize the cut. She put gel and color polish on my nails while leaving the blood on my nails. Meanwhile the lady who did my pedicure dropped the tools she was using to scrape dead skin from in between my toenails on the floor multiple times. She did not even sanitize the tools she just wiped them and continued to use them on me. 🤮
I asked her to cut the sides of my toe nails as I have ingrown nails and she ended up cutting the skin next to my toe nails rather than cutting my actual toe nail. This ended up leaving my toe in pain and also with blood. It is the next day and my toe Is in a lot of pain. My pedicure took very long we were there past closing time. My boyfriends pedicure was very fast it was completed within 30 minutes and they did not do the same work in terms of cutting his toe nails or cleaning up his cuticles. I would not recommend this place unless you like to be made fun of, want to get hurt with unsanitary tools or want to leave the salon with blood on your fresh manicure and pedicure.
