Walked in and got seated right away. My tech, Annie, was very good, and quick. Did exactly what I wanted. Full set was done in less than an hour with specific design and jewels done with no problem. Was a little pricey but was/am totally happy with my nail.

Anna did an amazing job on mine!! Even though it went past closing time, she did not rush at all and still took her time. It was my first experience with them too! There was a wait but it was because they were so busy.

It was a nice luxurious place, I went on a Sunday. I didn’t have a wait. My nails look great. It was a drive for me, but I was pleased with the service and they have gained a new client. Definitely didn’t disappoint. Ask for Tony! He never disappoints

As always, I'm always I'm greeted with a smile. Mia did a wonderful job cutting them down and removing the previous nail color. Mia picked out a pretty yellow, shaped my nails, she actually knew the shape I liked without me having to say. The 3D flower was hand-made.

This salon was filthy! The chairs, tubs, floors and glass between manicurist. As I was leaving the store, before my manicure, a very young girl sat down in front of me, to start my pedicure.
She could not speak or understand English. There was 1 person in the salon that could understand English, who busy on her phone.
I should have known there was a problem, when I was the only person in the store. 1 person came in as I was leaving. I will never use that place again!

I decided to try this salon after seeing their beautiful work via the online photo gallery & my expectations were exceeded! I walked in, waited about 30 min, explained to my nail tech that I wanted Valentine Day-ish nails & she completely nailed (pun intended) the assignment! I initially had a silver glitter in mind for the ring finger then she showed me some new color glitter polishes they had gotten in so we went with one to match the pink picked out. She didn’t rush, was super helpful, let me try 5 different pinks to make sure I had the one I liked most & was gentle. This was one of the best 1st experiences I’ve ever had and I will be back when they are ready for a touch up! Def worth the drive from Athens
PS- I didn’t name the tech because I watched & listened to all of techs while getting my nails done and everyone did an amazing job and had happy clients walking out! Luxe is the place to be!

Made an appointment (which is pointless when they take walk-ins and don't care to ensure anyone is available for appointments) here for the first time to get a simple acrylic set and pedicure.

The pedicure was nice but when I got in my car, I realized there were gaps between my natural nail and the nail extension which is an obvious application issue.

Was going to just count it as another loss as I don't complain too often when I'm not satisfied but I decided to go back a few hours later to have someone repair the 6 nails with this issue.

The same tech told me that she told me about this earlier, which she did not, went on to blame my nail shape as the cause and told me she could "fix" it by filing my natural nail like that would magically repair the gap.

I've gotten my nails done plenty of times and I have NEVER had this issue.

My nails are not the problem, not using the correct nail tip size and the speedy application was.

I'm disappointed that I tipped for this and now I have to remove it to prevent getting an Infection as moisture and debris is already getting trapped.

I understand these kind of places are all about speed but doing a good job and good customer service is equally important when a PAID service is being done and the ball was dropped.
