Loved the services! I wouldn’t call it relaxing but I haven’t been to a nail salon that is truly relaxing. Vincent did an amazing job in my nails. I wanted a natural look like the “soap” nail trend but needed dip for the strength. He hit it right on. He was efficient but not rough. Super friendly. KO did my pedicure and also hit it right on. I left Blanca la Bella nails because the attitude of the woman who did my nails was just too much. These guys are professional and friendly and do a phenomenal job.

I booked the head spa for my friend and I. They allowed us to go in together and have our appointments at the same time. We got the 60 minute Detoxing & Hydrafacial service. This was both our first times to any kind of head spa, but we can say we would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice relaxing time. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I just had the best pedicure by John! He was not only friendly but detail oriented and the foot massage spa organic was wonderful. The massage was the best part and their massage chairs were super nice compared to most places. Highly recommend and will be back soon.

My review is for the head spa only. I didn't catch the name of the gal that performed my service but she had dark hair in a ponytail and glasses.

She was very sweet and nice but it was very difficult to communicate with her because of her lack of english.

Pros:
-Nice
-Prompt service
-Explained a little bit of what she was doing (she was able to talk about 2 things she was doing to my hair in the very beginning)
-Good zen music playing
-The water pressure was good and that waterfall feature was the best part !
-They provided a blanket and padding for below the legs so you're leveled
-The camera to your scalp was cool but she didn't provide a thorough analysis

Areas of improvement:
-Didn't explain products she used on me
-Massage was too light to the touch, I barely felt any pressure
-The back room where they had the head spa area was cluttered and not well designed
-I left with my hair 80% wet when the service included blow dry
-a bit pricy for what the service was

Go to a different salon don’t waste your money here.

Got my nails done yesterday (dip)-today three of my nails are chipping. Job done was very messy and cuticles remained uncut with polish on sides of my nails that I had to cut off at home on my own. The Ladies were friendly, the outcome of my nails was barely mediocre at most. My total charge was 99$.

The photo on the right is what I showed to the manicurist. I asked for a bit of bling, too. The photo on the left is what I got. They were well done, but not really what I wanted. My fault for not speaking up. I'll give them another try, but will insist they listen. Could have been 5 stars.

John is by far the best experience I’ve had in a long time for mani/pedi. First, he gives a great massage. Not just rubbing lotion into my calves as I’ve experienced at many salons. I showed him what I wanted for my Halloween nails and he did them perfectly. Highly recommend!
