I am very happy with my nail service today. It was my first time going to Lush and John was my nail tech. He held great conversation and made me feel comfortable and relaxed, getting my nails done once a month is really the only thing I do for myself. He was very accommodating to all of my small requests, I like my thumb nail shorter than the others, so I can unlatch my son's car seat, the shape is "narrow square", etc. He took his time perfecting my design and made sure I was happy with the result. Thank you for a wonderful experience today John. You have gained another customer. ❤️

I did a walk in for gel mani/Pedi with Nancee who was so amazing! She was great company to chat with and she did such a great job on my nails. She does both simple and more detailed designs. I love my simple spiderweb nail design we decided on.

I called 20 min to closing time to set an appointment they didn't take long to answer I was able to set a 9 o'clock appointment for the next day . Lush Nails & Spa a very clean and friendly place very welcoming making sure the customer is comfortable. I got a full set for a good price and they came out absolutely gorgeous. I always love the way they come out. Thank you to Lush Nails & Spa ,and a big thank you to my nail tech Trinity!! ❤️

This was my first time going to this nail salon. I went to get a pedicure yesterday evening and signed in on the clipboard at 5:25pm. I had an hour and 15 minutes before I had to pick my son up from practice. I was seated right away because it wasn’t busy. The tech doing my nails took 30 minutes just to remove my gel polish ( I regularly get pedicures so this is not normal to take this long). She then spent another 25 mins just trimming my nails and doing cuticles! My nails weren’t even bad because like I said I regularly get pedicures. At 6:20pm, I reminded the tech I had to leave in 20 mins to go get my son. She seemed upset with me and said I couldn’t get the pedicure I selected then. I told her that’s fine she could skip the 10 min massage and lotion and rocks and towels. She began the callous remover and I have never seen a tech scrub feet so incredibly slow! She ended up only doing the treatment on one foot and I had to leave! I didn’t even get my toenails painted! She ended up charging me $46 and all the was done was the removal of my previous polish, nails and cuticles trimmed and one foot received callous remover! I had an hour and 15 minutes to relax and it was the worst most unrelaxing experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon.

This place ruined my toe nails. I cut my pedi short after the tech injured me with the nail drill. The woman with orange hair insisted that we just paint over it, after asking me how I'm going to tip the tech, and after asking me if I arrived with my toe already injured. They acted like they didn't understand what I was saying and played stupid. And they still charged me full price! The way this was handled so poorly was just disappointing, considering I have been a customer since they opened. The solution was to come back the next day for $20 refund. A complete joke. Still dealing with toe pain 2 months later. Poor business practice. I'm never going back to this place. Don't go here!

been here 3 times now. i had Amy the first time and she did a wonderful job! i loved my nails so much when Amy did them (first picture). i went for a fill weeks later and had someone else, i ended up leaving unhappy with the end results of that appointment. i called the salon and the owner, Lynn, was more than happy to fix my nails- even for free of charge. she took her time and made my nails incredibly beautiful and honestly perfect. (second picture) she totally transformed them from what was wrong with them before. i insisted on at least bringing her something next time i book with her and all she asked was i leave a review and she deserves it so i am. thank you again Lynn!
