Went to Lush with my family tonight for the first time and what an incredible experience! I had heard about them and wanted my daughter to see the fun bath bombs, but Kimmy really made our trip in something special. They demo the bombs, but let our kids pick one out to try and see how it works. While they picked out a bath bomb to take home, Kimmy spent time with my wife explaining the different products and telling her about how they're made. We ended up getting some watermelon soap, because the proceeds were going to the kids in Gaza and it's always great to buy something with a purpose. While we finished up, Kimmy had packed a bag full of samples with the items she had talked about with my wife so she could try the things she was curious about but didn't want to get the first time. Super happy about the products, and while it's more expensive than other comparable products, you're obviously getting what you pay for. The service here is incredible and it's really tough to fake genuine customer interactions. Great job, Team Lush. See you after my next bath.

The problem I have with lush is that after using their products for almost 20 years, people think I am half my age. I walk around with my kids and they ask if I’m related to them and they say it’s because I look to young to be their mother. Sometimes strange men will sniff my hair after using lush products. Overall their products are excellent and my skin and hair look and feel healthy.

I drive about 38 miles just to go to the store lush in Santa Rosa at the downtown mall. The reason I go there is because of The crew that works there they are beyond knowledgeable, super friendly and always have great tips. The reason I’m leaving this review is because of Alyssa ,she’s like a ray of sunshine. I recently came in To purchase a product that they no longer carry she recommended a different product different sent, And now I’m in love with this new product. The scent is way better than the original . Also she remembers customers which is really cool. She knows I love my whoosh Shower jelly, which by the way, you should really sell In a lg or xxl ! Knowing Knowing about I wish obsession she recommended zesty body spray, which is as she puts it the granddaddy of woosh ! Of course I love it and I Will continue to shop at the Santa Rosa store, even though I get 10.5 miles per gallon It takes an hour in both directions because of your team at and Alyssa at lush. Also, I love the toner eye cream, all the body, scrubs, shower, jellies, and many body sprays. Once I get a bathtub will probably love the bath bombs.

Alyssa, at my home store in Santa Rosa CA helped me set up the LUSH app so I could swing by and pick up my favorites on the way home from work. She included lots of fun samples and had my bag ready for me because she knew I had my pups in the car and needed to get in and out quickly. Thank you Alyssa!

Alyssa was so helpful and kind and knowledgeable. I came in asking about product that wouldn’t harm my plants since I use the water from my garden bath to water them and Alyssa not only knew what products would be better than others, she also helped me pick out the most aesthetic products and even did a demo so I could see them before I purchased. It was amazing!

The last two times I've been into the store at the Plaza have been the absolute best!! On top of being assisted with my product questions, I always had the best conversations with the staff who helped me. HUGE shouts out to the manager Nick and to Alyssa for being SO incredibly helpful and to Kimmie for helping keep my grandson entertained and conversing with him😊 You ladies are absolute gems and a huge asset to Lush 🥰 If you haven't tried Lush's products, I TOTALLY recommend it!

Due to a computer glitch I didn’t receive an email that the order I placed online was ready for pick up until after the store was closed. The manager, Nick, personally called me to apologize and offer to stay late to get me my order if I needed it today. I told him that wouldn’t be necessary and I could just pick it up tomorrow but that I appreciated the call and the offer to stay late was truly going above and beyond. I am very impressed and will definitely here again.
