I'm sick & tired of big business, eliminating the customer experience for the very people that are spending their money in their stores, claiming it's to keep prices low. As if they or any other companies (Walmart) ever had that many cashier working at any given time. WE ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS, NOT YOUR FREE LABOR!!!

I had sorta a bad experience here. Let me start off by saying this, I can't afford to buy my plants at full price, I just can't. So I read the policies on their plants and different items. I found several plants that had dead leaves and looked pretty bad. I also found some moss and creek rocks with damage packages. I took them to the front where I asked to speak with someone who could help me. Two ladies came and were very nice to me but couldn't make the decision. So I asked for a manager. He acted as if I was wasting his time from the moment he walked up to me. I felt very embarrassed. I would have never asked or spent my time reading the policies if I wasn't curious. Also if I misunderstood the policies I would love to understand them. Anyway, I'm just venting about it. I usually don't have the courage to ask things like this and I bet I don't again. Just a warning. Don't do what I did.

I'm disappointed in Lowe's. I just opened a credit card account with them and thought I'd use it to buy a table for my patio. It was outside in the garden section and already had a hole in it. I was told it was from someone looking at it. I got home and opened it up and it was full of white maggots. Finally seen a dead mouse. So I had to clean and sanitize the whole thing. When I go to a place like this and pay with my money that I worked hard for , I don't want to have to clean and sanitize stuff.

I don't go to Lowe's very often, but I went today to have some wood cut that was purchased earlier this month. I called twice to ask lumber if the size would be too small for them to cut before going and if I could have acrylic sheets cut in half as well but ended up on hold for 5-10 minutes before the line just hung up on me both times.

Decided to just go... I passed many associates and wasn't greeted - totally fine since I had headphones in and didn't want to be asked to help the entire way to the back anyway. Got to lumber and found someone to ask for help, he had the page sent for wood cutting. Waited 10 minutes beside the wood cutter with my little plank. Nothing. Called the store and spoke to customer service who said she would page again and find them. Waited another 10 minutes standing by the machine. Some guys came in from the back. No eye contact. No questions. No offer to help. Waited 5 more minutes before deciding to just leave the store. Called customer service again to inform her no one ever came by and I am no longer in the back waiting.

Never got my wood cut and never got to find out if they're even capable of cutting the sheets I was trying to ask about. Going to Home Depot to hope they can help. If not, I'll just try to cut these items on my own, which is better than just standing beside a machine for 25 minutes (no exaggeration- my phone call time stamps can be provided to the company if need be).
